Lutein improves eyesight. Choline needed for the brain. I do not fry my eggs. I eat 6 a day. She does scrambled eggs in Olive oIl. I take lots of Olive Oil but in my vegetable stew into which I stir 3 eggs. The stew contains turmeric, black pepper and curry.
I had breakfast for supper last night cheese and cheese omelet used six eggs in it. Today I sold 12- and one-half dozen eggs, since I crossed poison ivy with four-leaf clover I've had a rash of good luck. 12 is a standard dozen, 13 is a baker's dozen, 11 is a doordash dozen.
I don't eat fried food. I have not owned a frying pan since the 1970s. Even then I did not use it to fry food but rather to heat up leftovers to eat with my eggs. I was cooking on a hot plate in Boston. Chicken wings were 19 cents a pound and sardines were 15 sents for 3.5 ounces.
I use either olive oil or butter (they used to give it away and now it's 5 bucks a pound) on occasion they have $2.00 off if you buy 2 pounds which is what I do anyway. I think I'm down to 2 pounds so it's time to stock up.
