Hard boiled eggs.

Bring up eggs to room temp. Run up a pot of water to a hard boil. Shut off the water, put eggs in, run the heat back up, for 20 minutes, cool the eggs off ASAP with cold water and add a set of Ice cubes.

Easy peel.
