Negotiators from the United States, Europe and Ukraine have compiled a list of proposals to end the conflict with Russia. This is reported by NBC News, citing sources.

The list of conditions will be handed over to the President of Russia

The negotiators put forward 22 conditions that, in their opinion, will contribute to ending the conflict in Ukraine. The document includes a proposal for a 30-day cease-fire, and also "meets the demand of [Russian President Vladimir] Putin." Putin's statement that the United States will not support Ukraine's accession to NATO."
