30 years of aging was not as bad for your health as 3 weeks of bed rest. I would say that 15 minutes of intense exercise would be far better than 10 as you get into aerobics at that point. Better for VO2 Max.
Sedentary lifestyle is a disease. It is as bad as smoking.
