ICE just raided the largest mass planned housing development in America and questioned over 300 people, making 33 arrests while dozens apparently fled the scene in panic. Activists say illegal immigrants represent a major backbone of the US labor market, but proponents of these raids say unemployed Americans might now be able to find a job. 33 people were detained and dozens fled the scene. Some estimate the true number of illegal workers to be much higher as ICE reportedly recieved a large number of complaints before the raid took place.
