HEButts is the chain grocery store in TX will announce in store coupons at the shelf of the product, more often than not the coupons are nowhere to be found, I take the placard of the coupon to the register and get the discount. The law here is the product price is what is listed on the shelf, so these discounts apply even if the coupon date is expired. I don't drink instant coffee, but I will buy it when it is couponed as a barter investment.
