As Ukraine begins counter-offensives, experts suggest Russia’s campaign is not just faltering — it may be nearing collapse. The Russians are losing so much armor and other equipment that their industry cannot replace them fast enough. They have been forced to bring older Soviet era tanks out of mothballs as a fix and it is not just tanks they are losing. It is anti-aircraft batteries and cannons plus APCs.
