A video purported to show a North Korean Bulsae-4 non-line of sight (NLOS) anti-tank guided missile (ATGM) in action somewhere in the Russian special military operation zone surfaced online on June 7.
The Bulsae-4 is mounted on the M-2010 6×6 wheeled armored vehicle, also made in North Korea. This launcher can accommodate up to eight missile containers.
The ATGM features large x-shaped stabilizers designed to support top- attack profiles, allowing the missile to strike armored vehicles at their most vulnerable points. In general, the design of the missile resembles that of the Israeli Spike NLOS.
The missile is believed to have an effective range estimated between 10 to 25 kilometers. It utilizes an electro-optical seeker for guidance, combined with command guidance via optical fiber cable. This guidance system allows manual guidance through a video link, or what is known as man-in-the-loop guidance.

Russian technicians in many cases have to rewire North Korean missiles before using them.
