A new poll conducted by Insider Advantage shows strong public support for President Donald Trumps decision to deploy the National Guard in response to the ongoing riots in Los Angeles, even as Democrat leaders continue to oppose the move.
According to the poll, 59 percent of respondents said they support Trumps deployment of National Guard forces to help law enforcement deal with unrest tied to immigration enforcement operations.
Only 39 percent of those surveyed said they opposed the action, giving the President a net approval of +20 points on the issue.

The deployment comes in the wake of widespread protests and violent demonstrations that began after federal agents initiated a series of immigration enforcement actions in Los Angeles.
