November 22, 1975 June 9, 2025
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Angela June Oldfield, a devoted mother, beloved wife, loving daughter, cherished friend, and compassionate soul, who left us on June 9, 2025 at the age of 49.
Angie was the heart of her family. Her love was steadfast and unwavering
a strength that held everything together. As a mother, she nurtured with patience, wisdom, and kindness, guiding her children through life with warmth and understanding. As a wife, she was a true partner and best friend, sharing in lifes joys and sorrows with grace and loyalty. And as a friend, she was the kind of person who listened deeply, spoke her mind, laughed often, and always showed up when it mattered most.
Angie had a gift for making everyone feel seen and valued. Her generosity of spirit, humor, and boundless empathy touched the lives of all who knew her. She made the world a more beautiful and loving place simply by being in it.
She is survived by her loving husband, Chris; her beloved children, Hayley and Wyatt; her mother, Nancy Squier; her father, Robert (Peggy) Riedhart; her siblings, Kimberly (Shawn) Royal, Stan (Bonnie) Riedhart, and Caleb Riedhart; and countless family and friends whose lives were forever touched by her light.
A celebration of Angies life will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, June 28, 2025 at D.O McComb & Sons - Covington Knolls, with visitation hours from 10:00 am-1:00 pm. Family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance, share stories, and honor her remarkable life.
Her love lives on in the lives she touched
a lasting legacy of kindness, strength, courage, and unwavering generosity.

It's been a rough couple weeks between my Godson's girlfriend's suicide and my neighbor Angie's sudden death from cancer in Gulf Shores, Alabama.
One Angie's last wishes was to see the ocean and get her toes in the sand for the last time. One of Chris' buddies has a condo on the beach and several of his buddies got together and paid for round trip plane tickets for the family.
The medical bills cleaned them out. Me and Kimmy paid for the funeral and some other expenses.
Angie was a sweet gal. My ex-wife will be escorting me to the funeral. Kimmy doesn't have any connection to them like my wife did. Angie took care of my retarded and handicapped younger sister after my mother's heart attack in 2013 until me and Teri could get her into home that could take care of her 24/7.
