I'm hoping that this is a link to a Cold Blood video on myspace. You have to realise that this gal was in her twenties in the late 60s. I remember her sliding across the stage like James Brown with long blonde hair and bell bottoms. She , at one time had the Pointer sisters as backup vocals. Cold Blood was hot. I saw them opening for, I think, The Faces. Lydia Pense (I think that was her name) was amazing. I have their first album, but they didn't translate well to vinyl. It was a pretty good record, but without seeing her, it lost a lot of impact.

yeah, she's nothing to look at now, but she's not lost her vocals. funny that you mentioned joplin, that's who her voice reminded me of when i heard her on You Got Me Hummin.
