Long and detailed video. I just ordered 2 bottles of Melatonin spray. The Doc said spray was the best way to absorb it as she did not trust the gastrointestinal tract. Best to take a couple hours before sleeping, no caffeine or alcohol at that times. I used to take Melatonin capsules in higher doses to get to sleep. Stopped doing that. The spray form is cheap and might work better.

I have been taking Methylene Blue to improve mitochondrial function. I already had been taking vitamin K 2, but recently learned that K2 helps Methylene Blue as does Liposomal NAD which I had already been taking along with food source B complex. I also started taking PQQ to help with Methylene Blue. What I really need is HBOT (for mitochondria) and a daily steam bath (for detoxification.) To detoxify forever plastics you will need to sprout Broccoli seeds which also prevents cancer and dementia.
