The Trump EPA is proposing the largest deregulatory action in the history of the United States, by repealing the 2009 Obama EPA Endangerment Finding, all the GHG regulations on vehicles that followed, and the much despised start/stop feature. In doing so, we will follow Supreme Court precedent set in cases like Loper Bright, West Virginia, and Michigan, we will claim no statutory authority beyond the plain language of the law, and we will heed the calls of Americans demanding relief from extreme economic pain. I hear you, man. I sure never thought I'd still be sucking air for 15 years longer than my father and still be standing opposed. I guess all the smoking, drinking, eating real butter, bacon, salt, coffee, etc. that they said would kill me was all just a lie. Dr. Kimmy was pretty spun up this weekend, I guess the hospital group she works for is doubling down on the clot-shot nonsense again. They want us dead, brother. Apparently the WHO, Bill Gates, etc. is working overtime. I think she's seriously contemplating quitting and taking early retirement when she turns 62 next January. I don't know what she'd do with her time and still be happy. I also don't think she was planning on being a professional killer for a living. She got sick Saturday night and was puking after only two drinks. The stress is really getting to her. It sure looks like PTSD from where I sit. Glad you're still around, Doug. If Kimmy is one of the good gals (and I'm sure she is) it is better for her to stay if she can stand it. I understand her wanting to leave but the system will replace her with a zombie ! My daughter had emergency surgery 5 months ago and has experienced some negative after effects that the Insurance Company is making it impossible for the doctors to do their jobs in order to rectify the situation. She is, and I doubt she's going to pack it in just yet. She would be like a caged animal not being able to ply her trade. We don't talk much about our respective careers, or my lack of one now, but she said something along-the-lines of, "I didn't spend almost ten years in school to be a paid killer for the government." (Probably a veiled reference to my time with the Company.) Or a dot-head that doesn't speak English. We've been down this road more than twice. She's got a great lawyer, former Marine that likes us both. Sorry to hear about that, Doug. I wish you and your daughter all the best. My older sister up by Chicago is having problems and wants Kim to diagnose her from here. She just can't and won't do that. Mary hasn't seen Kimmy since she was 15 or 16 y/o. Doc's kind of a ghost, everybody wants a piece of her time. I don't blame her for being insular. In the short 32 hours (half the time sleeping) we're together on weekends, the secret airbase is locked down and my phone is off. Doc has to keep hers on. Tell me about it. I'm so banged up I can't even cut my fucking lawn without being bedridden for two days. On the bright side, my buddy Rainman is looking for a new lawn mower. I just happen to have a really good one that was $1,000 nine years ago in great shape ($1,600 now). He offered $500, I told him come get it. I need the space. I really screwed the pooch on dinner tonight. I was in the mood for refried bean dip (not Doc's favorite) or tacos, so I set out some hamburger early this morning. At 3pm, it was as frozen as when I took it out of the deep freezer. I either need to see why my small deep freeze is running at the temperature of liquid nitrogen or what evil portal that I've opened up that suspended the laws of physics in my house. Now I'm just pissed, maybe I'll make an omelet or something. If Doc wasn't such a stick in the mud, she'd hire a maid for me, but she knows me too well. j/k, I know she lurks here to keep track of me. She gets nervious when I don't post.

Sometime probably around 2011, I bought a 52" Ferris commercial ZTR. I was helping out Mom's neighbor behind her house whose young wife died leaving him alone with three little girls to take care of. The FW weed nazis were citing him every few weeks. I didn't want him to lose the property. His property was 5 acres with about a hundred trees. It'd take over 8 hours with my 38" rider and it'd beat me and the tractor up pretty bad because it was so bumpy. The Ferris had a coil-over suspension and was really nice. I think I got the time down to about 4 hours, and would store it in Mom's garage because it was too big to get on my 4 by 8 utility trailer. I did it for a couple years until "Texting Woman" about killed me in the car accident in Nov 2013. Ron couldn't afford the Ferris and didn't have the time anyway, so the dealer, Lee from Lee's Outdoor Power in New haven bought it back for $6,000, almost what I paid for it, and hauled it away. Lee was a nice old guy, long gone probably. He couldn't believe how good of shape it was in, everytime I did Ron's property, I'd clean it up at Mom's before I put it away. I wouldn't be surprised if those are starting out at $12-14k now. My neighbor Chris, whose wife died a couple months ago, got a Bad Boy ZTR with his daughter's employee discount at Tractor Supply a few years ago. It's not fancy or suspended like the Ferris, but it makes short work of our properties, his being about 5/8 acre and mine 3/8. I've never heard him complain about the Bad Boy. I have no idea how much it cost. At least I was able to help Ron out a little bit while he got back on his feet. I guess that's something, I hope it was enough. My wife filed for divorce the day after the accident, Mom died about 6 months after that and I lost her (actually mine, I paid for it) villaminium to Teri. My damn knee is trying to go out on me. I should be at the bank getting the transfer-on-death provisions on my accounts jacked around so they align with my will, but I don't feel like it today. Maybe I'll do it tomorrow, I need smokes anyway, I'll run up to Vijay's before I go to the bank. God, it sucks gettin' old. No shit ! (Edit) The alternative sucks too). I'm gettin' shitfaced, my week ended when I left Chase and Kroger this morning. I got Kim her pies I forgot last Sat and actually found out my Kroger does actually have frozen fruit. It's at the end of the ice cream isle about 3 feet of shelf space. I've only had to be a woman for 11 or so years when my ex fled, I'm new at this. My life is over until about 1800 EST Saturday night when Doc gets here. I hope I can sleep in, I get bored and start drinkin' before she gets here. She probably hasn't seen me sober since 1978. LOL. (Edit) The bagger-chick on Bill's isle at Kroger was a cutie (probably 16 at best). She looked like a half-scale Melina Trump. Smaller than Kimmy is. 5'1", 100 lbs. Then I took her back to work. j/k, LOL. I have almost quit everything except cigs. And actually, I liked all of the other stuff and hate cigs. The last time I heard from Loddy a couple years ago, he sold everything out including his house in Austin and was moving in with family in OK. I suspect he's gone. I haven't been able to find anything. From source comments:
