That is something everyone knows even if they are not following the news.

In the previous admin, if a Latino commits a crime, he is classified as White. If a Latino is the victim of a crime, he is listed as Hispanic. So, if one Mexican shoots another Mexican in LA, it is listed as proof of racial hatred because a White man shot a Latino.
