Jewish intermarriage rates are negatively correlated with host birth rates, both within a country across time and across countries at a given time. In other words I don't think he means it. The guys with the funny hats will always be around. Jews who intermarry are like the genetically modified mosquitoes used to keep mosquitoes from producing.
I worked on Illinois State Highways with this older Jew boy who was in WW II. He had a good looking daughter. I asked him if he thought his daughter might go on a date with me. He replied, "With a Schegetz like you?" Schegetz was the opposite of a Shiksa. My clout in Chicago married a Jewish woman and they forced him to convert to Judaism. ;)
