Brennan imported ISIS fighters to force acceptance, and ISIS was actually firing on their own Ukrainian people. Putin stepped in to protect the Eastern Ukrainians, so it wasn't an invasion as all Eastern Ukrainians were Russians for 1000 years, and Putin couldn't let the betrayal continue.
