I know of that test. I can't think of the name offhand though. (Being sane in an unsane world comes to mind, but that's probably the title of the article in the book mentioned below.)
I think it's in my copy of "The Almanac of the 20th Century" upstairs.
As I recall the 'Milgram or Millgram' experiment was brutal.
I was involuntarily locked up for 48 or 72 hours when a GF called the cops on me and told them I was suicidal. She was mad because I wouldn't give her an unlimited $ credit card.
It was called Park Center, co-ed, part of Kimmy's hospital group long before she found me again. It was like being on a cruise ship with the fancy buffets, etc.
It was the middle of winter and I didn't have anything to do anyway. I was so mad when they kicked me out. No responsibilities, no real rules, just go to group bullshit sessions if you wanted to.
The rooms were two-person, with private bath facilities. My roommate was a younger guy who checked himself in voluntarily because he was a "Drunk" he said. He confessed he just wanted a vacation on ObamaCare's dime. (Edit) Might've been an abusive wife/GF, whatever, I don't remember, he was a nice guy though.)
I keep trying to talk Dr. Kimmy into checking both of us in for a holiday weekend when we have two days together, but she whines about losing her job or something, and won't let me do it alone because she knows me too well.
I met a really cute gal last time, we'd spend hours talking and slipping off together. I should've never told Kim about that. She'd have me out in two seconds if I checked myself in. LOL. It was probably around 2015 or something. My GF didn't get really mean until 2018 or something. That got me in jail, needless to say, that was the end.
