That's what the Mexicans are saying here in these parts...they have moved on from the tomato fields to the more lucrative construction jobs...bummer for the gringos, I guess. I noticed three Mexicans cashing their checks tonight at my bank...debated giving them directions to the local Western Union office, but figured they probably already knew the way.

One of these days I'm going to have to scan and post some of the "FUCK YOU, I QUIT!" emails I printed off when I was still in engineering. The kind of stuff that leaves a mark when it's sent to all 10,000 co-workers. Lots or references to management who were failed hair dressers and pizza shop managers when the offending party was in their previous vocation. Parentage was often questioned. Accusations of fucking small dogs and farm animals weren't unheard of. The one that sticks with me was the one that went something like: "Fucking you was about as exciting as taking a wet shit." But that was back in the day when the unemployment rate was under 3%.
