post #20 That sucks. Their smartest posters get so disgusted they abandon ship over the multitude of retards LP has recently been overrun by. But I can't blame him, or the other guy that left on this thread also, Phant2000(#29). Take a look at the photo in post #15 and read the continuing statements of some of these nice, decent folks(notice nobody responds to it directly). LP has become like a political and moral Twilight Zone or something since the Gaza shellings broke out.

This is all but guaranteed by the Nov. elections if it is obvious that the GOP is in danger of loosing either the House or Senate. Not totally convinced it will work however as our security situation has been in repuke control since 9/11.

It happened. I said it also. Theinternal upheaval and Bibi resigning his postion in the Cabinet was all a ruse. I said back then that the old policies woudl be brought back out after the dust settled, revitalized, and a new push would be on to eliminate the Palis. I also called it right on the head that the assassination of Hariri, then blamed on Syria to force them to withdraw from Lebanon, was the opening to launch another invasion at a later date. I left both as well.. I began to jokingly call LP the FR Annex before I left.. seems I was correct..
Most all the ideas and ideals to love about our country were lost at Gettysburg, Jekyll Island, Versailles, Yalta, Dealey Plaza, the WTC, and other crime scenes. imo
I was "EternalVigil" at LP recently. I got about 20 posts up before I was booted. AS I recall, you were one of the few voices of reason there. Welcome to F4um.

Are you sure you can rule out highly misguided good intentions? A lot of self proclaimed "conservatives" are stuck in that rubber stamp simpleton version of christianity where they trust anyone else who merely says they're christion, like Bush, while ignoring what they do. IOW, maybe she's just one of the sheeples. (A sheepleton?).
Hi Cynicom, Speaking of America Loving, this is a very good (I think) article I posted but which didn't get much attention, probably because the title didn't do it justice. Though a bit sad about the state of affairs, it's actually a rather positive write-up. Kinda explores the difference between America you speak of that's loved and the United States. From what I'd read, I'd say VERY fitting... In fact, you're too kind!

Hi guys, I don't know how it happened, but I'm glad to see you found your way here. It's not as busy over here, but there's no idiots running around that I've seen thus far, which probably explains the discrepancy in activity. Sorry to post about you boys, but the misery and cruelty of that thread exceeded all my fears about humanity and dashed my hopes for same -- at least temporarily -- and I hated to see you go, but I understood. I hope that here you will find a reshreshing change from the monotony of aruging with seemingly otherwise intelligent people until they are reduced to slinging insults and hate, and still do not entertain that they might be mistaken in their views. Sometimes we just are, that's why God gave us debate. I guess, anyway -- it sure helped me. You prove those people wrong from every angle and out comes the ugliness, exposing either their unfortunate stupidity, or deliberate support of subversion and death. How tiring it must have been. Thank you for a warm welcome.. I have had "warm" departures from FR and LP, the kind that resemble, "Get out of Dodge before sundown, or else"... Promise not to tell anyone, Phant is a lady. A very intelligent, very well educated Lady that is American to the bone. Try as I might on LP, it was impossible to have a civil, intelligent discussion or debate about anything.

Wether its the conflict in the ME, or the NAU, the lie of 911, Zionism, etc.. The most important difference is 4UMs right to have separation from all the morons and trash that is out there. I lurked for 6 months before posting because I saw what was going on at other forums. It was just mudslinging and drama. I just don't have time for that. Thank you for the welcome... There are those that cannot or will not see the truth, however, there are those that know the truth very well, and do their very best to deny and if possible destroy it. It is somewhat like a chronic liar. He knows you know he is lying, yet to your face he keeps lying.

I havent visited LP in ages.. cant even recall the last time. But I did when the thread was posted here.. and honestly it was one of the most revolting threads Ive ever read.. disgusting .. I couldnt read it all it made me sick.
The one gentleman I called a "sick SOB", admitted it. If you read the thread, he said yes he was sick but he wanted all of them dead. I was in no mood to "discuss" at that point.
