Primary Objectives

• Stop the polarization of America

• Stop the domination of the Democratic and Republican parties over our political system

• Shut down the Federal Reserve system

• Return America's gold to Fort Knox and have it audited

• Have Congress and the IRS, in a public forum, reveal the law that requires Americans to pay a direct, unapportioned tax on their labor.

• Make computerized voting illegal in all 50 states

• Keep the internet free and out of the control of large institutions

• Rescind the law called the Real ID Act so Americans never have to carry a National ID Card

• Make it illegal to implant RFID chips in human beings

• Educate juries to the fact that they have the right to determine the law as well as the facts of a case

• Educate juries to the fact that they are not obligated to follow the instructions of a judge

• Stop Globalization because it is the path to a one world government

• Protect our borders

• Restore the environment

• Put an end to the Patriot Act

• Sign up millions of Americans so we can accomplish our objectives

My Review Of Aaron Russo's Film, "America: Freedom To Fascism"

By Chuck Baldwin

July 21, 2006

(This column is archived at: http://www. chuckbaldwinlive.com/c2006/cbarchive_20060721.html

Several readers have written me asking that I promote Aaron Russo's new film. Well, until recently I had not seen it, and certainly I could not promote (or criticize) a film until I had an opportunity to view it. That opportunity presented itself a few days ago in the form of a private screening.

Most readers probably already know that Aaron Russo has enjoyed a distinguished career as a film producer winning Grammy, Tony, and Emmy awards. His films have starred people such as Bette Midler, Lionel Hampton, Eddie Murphy, Nick Nolte, Morgan Freeman, and many others. To date, Russo's films have been nominated for six Academy Awards, as well as seven Golden Globes. His films have won three Golden Globes and the Image Award. His latest film is a documentary entitled, "America: Freedom To Fascism."

The film begins with a critical review of two monumental events that happened in 1913: the adoption of the 16th Amendment, which has been interpreted to authorize the forced taxation of individual income and the creation of the Federal Reserve, which turned the governance of America's financial system over to a centralized private banking interest. The film intelligently and convincingly makes a strong case for the opinion that both the 16th Amendment and the Federal Reserve System are flatly unconstitutional and may not even have been legally adopted.

Russo's film then factually demonstrates how modern presidents (especially Bush I, Clinton, and Bush II) have led America out of the light of liberty and into a dark alley of fascism (hence the film's title). The film provides many examples to prove the reality of that statement.

Many very credible personalities are interviewed in the film including Texas Congressman Ron Paul, constitutional scholar Edwin Vieira, Jr. Esq., former IRS special agents and investigators, and several others. Russo also interviewed former IRS commissioners, and reviewed copious court cases, including Supreme Court cases. Predictably (for such a documentary), notable tax resistors such as Bob Schulz and Franklin Sanders were also interviewed. And, frankly, their arguments are compelling!

The overall arguments and conclusions of the film are more than convincing! It will be very difficult for anyone objectively viewing this film to attack the facts and evidence presented. And for that reason, I'm confident that both the political and financial interests of this country will hope that no one watches it!

Russo also rightly connects the dots between developments such as the USA Patriot Act, the so-called "free trade" deals such as NAFTA and CAFTA, and the business and political alliance promoting illegal immigration with the overall push toward globalism and fascism.

Congressman Paul makes a compelling argument for the proposition that America is already in the process of becoming a police state. Russo also includes some disturbing police video which helps augment Paul's point.

Russo, in thorough investigative form, interviews many people ranging from everyday folks on the street to high level government officials. He also gave people from both sides of the tax debate an opportunity to present their case.

There were only a couple of disappointments with the film. I noticed two words that will be offensive to Christian audiences. Plus, had Russo added the cross-examination by the inquisitor-esque Alabama Attorney General Bill Pryor of Alabama Chief Justice Roy Moore, churches and pastors would more quickly be able to identify with this film. And if any group of people needs to see and take to heart Russo's film, it is today's pastors and churches!

My other disappointment was with the way the film ends. I won't spoil the ending for those who have yet to see it, but, personally, I felt Russo could have done a better job with the film's conclusion.

The film runs for about one hour and forty five minutes. It is quite refreshing to see a first-rate documentary film which reveals the truth about the very real efforts of elites from both major parties and from international bankers to turn America into a fascist, globalist state, which is exactly what they are doing! I applaud the film and heartily recommend it! I further encourage Mr. Russo to produce a sequel and to seek assistance from likeminded Christians who can help him bring in those elements that will help his message connect with pastors and churches.

Russo's film is debuting in several major cities across the country over the next few weeks. If you have an opportunity to see it, by all means do so! If you are a real American, the film will anger you (as it was designed to do) and also challenge you to not sit passively by as international elitists steal our country out from under us. Here is the link to Russo's promo for the film:

Hmmm....hints of a hidden agenda? An agent-provocateur? Who knows..I'll have to see it and judge for myself, but this is quite a negative since most in the patriot movement are Christian believers..a valid review would have included "the two words" offensive to Christians. I would think a valid patriot movie about Freedom would have been totally non-religious and critical of none, making me wonder if this guy has some kind of ax to grind....??? Anybody seen it?

I listened to an interview with Russo and my first intellectual, emotional and gut reaction was that Russo is a fraud and his movie is a Trojan horse being put out right now to lay the ground work for the coming launch of the consumption tax campaign being planned by the real fascists. Russo's hidden agenda is to demonize the IRS. Like most well planned and scripted propaganda movements, he has very cleverly disguised his real motives by bundling it with a bunch of popular issues. One little step at a time to convince the public that they need to jump off the cliff to save themselves.

Here's the interview - Notice how in the interview, Russo turns the discussion from being a good American, to a full out attack on the IRS and taxing "our labor".

Avoid the consumption tax by not buying shit. A consumption tax is what the framers had in mind, not a progressive income tax. There's always barter and private purchases ... we need real money, and not plastic credit that can be tracked.

Well, I sure as hell can't wait to take a giant step backward in my stardard of living so the corporate CEO's can skate away with a free ride. All you need to know is that the corporations already own the government and they are behind the comsuption tax. Not exactly rocket science to figure out that the serfs are about to get the biggest tax increase in history. Maybe we can talk as soon as I figure out how to barter away my utility, insurance and gasoline bills.

Maybe we can talk about getting rid of this government and their corporations ... both of those are frauds. People have always been able to trade with each other even in the complete absence of banks, governments or corporations. The condition we find ourselves in today may be convenient, but it doesn't necessarily make one happy.

Granted, but we're not talking about the absence of government, banks and corporations, we're talking about it being damned near a capital offense to cut them out of the deal. This "fair" tax bullshit will be an Orwellian wet dream. Within a couple of years, barter will be taxed as well because just like cash, untaxed barter will be demonized as the tool of tax cheats and terrorists. You might ask who would turn you in? Neighbors, co-workers, maybe even your in-laws. Anyone with an axe to grind or who just can't mind their own business.

If they want a replacement tax system, start taxing imports across the board as they are unloaded from the cargo ships.

Very conceivable assessment! Combined with Fuhrer's coming tax to travel on roads, national ID...it will be virtually impossible to go "underground."

If you join the system, the government is going to send you a monthly "prebate" check. 99.8% of the public will go for the "free money". "We're going going to take $100 from you and give you back $10. If you don't want the $10, we're still going to take the $100."

If you want to have some fun with some of the "fair" tax idiots who are beer-bonging that koolaid, call it a welfare check.

"If Christ were alive today, he would vote for the fair tax." Hey, I can't deal with that kind of lunacy. I don't mind one bit that those crazies want to throw themselves off the cliff - the world would definitely be a better place without them. What I object to is they get all pissed at you if you don't want to join them.

I'm being audited for 2004. My own damned fault, really. That was the year I lost money in the miners and finally cashed out that fall. Ended up with less money than I started with so stupid me thought there wasn't any point in including anything about them. Little did I know that the brokerages report all of your sales but nothing about the purchases so they wanted to know what my "cost basis" was. So I had to dig out the records and send them the year end statement showing what I paid for them.

Yeah, it's a pain in the ass, but it's nothing compared to what the "fair screwing" idiots want to foist on us.
