Primary Objectives

• Stop the polarization of America

• Stop the domination of the Democratic and Republican parties over our political system

• Shut down the Federal Reserve system

• Return America's gold to Fort Knox and have it audited

• Have Congress and the IRS, in a public forum, reveal the law that requires Americans to pay a direct, unapportioned tax on their labor.

• Make computerized voting illegal in all 50 states

• Keep the internet free and out of the control of large institutions

• Rescind the law called the Real ID Act so Americans never have to carry a National ID Card

• Make it illegal to implant RFID chips in human beings

• Educate juries to the fact that they have the right to determine the law as well as the facts of a case

• Educate juries to the fact that they are not obligated to follow the instructions of a judge

• Stop Globalization because it is the path to a one world government

• Protect our borders

• Restore the environment

• Put an end to the Patriot Act

• Sign up millions of Americans so we can accomplish our objectives

We need to think outside of the fiction box.

Today's fiction often turns into tomorrow's reality. Ponder this - are we moving toward a North American Union merger with Canada and Mexico? Is that what this is really all about? - merging currency and tax systems and forming a common government that is even less accountable to the public?

Like it or not, there is almost

Almost?

...no doubt in my mind that the standard of living for the average American is going to drop.

Agreed. The solution? Don't be average.

The rich and the corporatists who own the politicians are trying to make sure the serfs are the ones doing the sacrificing. No matter how they dress it up and how much lipstick they put on this pig, that is what it all boils down to.

Exactly. The middle-class (or what's left of it) will cease to exist. You either belong in the very small percentage of upper eschelon, or you will be in the category of poverty to the hilt.

The only defense is to not play the game. In Hale vs. Henkle, there was a clear distinction set forth between Common Law and civil law. Under civil law they are allowed to regulate and tax at will (under the commerce clause) regulatable and controllable endeavors such as Social Security, insurance, Federal Reserve Notes, mortages, stocks and bonds, bank and corporate credit cards, public business licenses, permits, interest bearing accounts, checks, marriage licenses, and even citizenship. The opposite of this is the Common Law. There are only 2 forms of law on earth, Common and civil. You have to make a choice which you practice, and Hale vs. Henkle verified that you DO have that choice. Common Law has in its roots the Law of God as given to Moses. Civil law is the Roman civil law which comes from Rome. Common Law is the direct antithesis to civil law - it deals in private property.

Civil law deals with income, Common Law deals with increase. Civil law deals in profits, Common Law deals in property.

Property is an unalienable right, and we are not taxed on property. For examlple people incorrectly think you pay property tax on your home. But that is incorrect. You pay a tax on the VALUE of your home, not the home itself.

The opposite of a mortage (civil law) is land held in fee simple (Common Law). The opposite of Social Securtity (civil law) is labor (Common Law). The oppposite of Federal Reserve Notes is substance. The opposite of government granted privileges are inalienable rights. The opposite of equitable interest is property and property rights. The opposite of bank and corporate credit cards is gold and silver. Stocks and negotiable instruments are the opposite of private ownership. Permits are the opposite to private rights. Checks are the oppostite of warehouse receipts. Insurance is the opposite of personal responsibility (strict liability). A marriage license is the opposite to patriarchal family.

People talk about private property and privte rights, but they don't practice that. They practice the things mentioned above in the first category of opposites. They SHOULD be practicing the things listed in the second category. That's what I meant by the solution being "don't be average". It does require a different way of thinking, but in the long run it's worth it.

overnment, banks and corporations, we're talking about it being damned near a capital offense to cut them out of the deal. This "fair" tax bullshit will be an Orwellian wet dream. Within a couple of years, barter will be taxed as well because just like cash, untaxed barter will be demonized as the tool of tax cheats and terrorists. You might ask who would turn you in? Neighbors, co-workers, maybe even your in-laws. Anyone with an axe to grind or who just can't mind their own business.

If they want a replacement tax system, start taxing imports across the board as they are unloaded from the cargo ships.

Very conceivable assessment! Combined with Fuhrer's coming tax to travel on roads, national ID...it will be virtually impossible to go "underground."

I thought it interesting that you said we're not talking about the absence of governments, corporations and banks ... "They're all legal fictions" ... and our society has been trained to think of them as "reality" !

The problem is that there are a whole lot of people with badges, sub-machine guns and body armor who are more than willing to kick in doors at 4:00 AM to enforce the will of those "legal fictions." And probably 90% of the 300 million in this country are all for it.

We simply need to change our way of thinking. We need to think outside of the fiction box.

No, I think that "we" have the thinking right, it's the millions of "them" that need work. We're talking about the character of a nation. Maybe the coming bad times will help rebuild some of the good character it's lost over the past 7 or 8 decades.

I'm being audited for 2004. My own damned fault, really. That was the year I lost money in the miners and finally cashed out that fall. Ended up with less money than I started with so stupid me thought there wasn't any point in including anything about them. Little did I know that the brokerages report all of your sales but nothing about the purchases so they wanted to know what my "cost basis" was. So I had to dig out the records and send them the year end statement showing what I paid for them.

Yeah, it's a pain in the ass, but it's nothing compared to what the "fair screwing" idiots want to foist on us.

I have seen this movie and it is superb. I believe it to be quite accurate and truthful -- or should I say that it closely comports with my independent research regarding the relevant matters. So, if Russo's message is inaccurate, then my research is correspondingly inaccurate.

Accordingly, I believe that as long as the TRUTH is being delivered, I care not what the messenger's motivation or agenda is. It is truth that I am after and it is truth that I would similarly like to impart upon my fellow man.

If we focus on the message, then we don't really need to speculate as to hidden motives and agendas. If a new and more onerous or diabolical type of tax is proposed to take the place of the IRS Income Tax, then so be it. It is up to us to fight that battle and refuse to submit to it.

This movie provides strong evidence that the government and IRS have been lying to us since 1913. That message in and of itself is good enough for me.

For anyone who has not seen this documentary-type film, I highly recommend it. I have donated to Russo on 2 occasions. Also, I purchased 40 tickets to the opening of the film here in Austin, Texas, on Friday 7/28 -- tickets that I am passing out to my friends and fellow truth-seekers. It should be a lot of fun tomorrow night. Can't wait.

So, if Russo's message is inaccurate, then my research is correspondingly inaccurate.

Doesn't have a thing to do with accuracy. Has Russo discovered any new information that hasn't been easily available and discussed ad nauseam over the years? Has Russo uncovered new information that will somehow invalidate the hundreds of court challenges to the tax laws brought by countless individuals and groups over the years?

I stand by my original statement. Russo is a fraud. He's working a hidden agenda and I seriously doubt that it has anything to do with stopping NWO fascism.

POLL SHOWS ANGER AT BUSH AND ADMINISTRATION - U.S. pessimism on increase
With congressional midterm elections less than four months away, the latest NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll finds that candidates will be facing a public that has grown increasingly pessimistic, as nearly two-thirds don't believe life for their children's generation will be better than it has been for them, and nearly 60 percent are doubtful the Iraq war will come to a successful conclusion.

And there's more pessimism: Among those who believe the nation is headed on the wrong track, more than 80 percent say it's part of a longer-term decline.

"This is just a horrendous set of numbers," says Democratic pollster Peter D. Hart, who conducted this survey with Republican Bill McInturff. The mood is "as dank and depressing as I have seen."

And back to America: Freedom To Fascism:

Freedom:

"The government of a nation may be usurped by the forcible intrusion of an individual into the throne. But to conquer its will so as to rest the right on that, the only legitimate basis, requires long acquiescence and cessation of all opposition."
Thomas Jefferson 1825. ME 16:127

Fascism:

Workers at Ground Zero unearthed last night a buried treasure of gold, hidden for weeks under the ruins of the World Trade Center.

As a small army of federal agents with shotguns and automatic rifles stood guard, city cops and firefighters packed two Brink's armored trucks with the lode, sources said.

This is not a shocker, as it was rumored that as much as $160 Billion in bullion was stored under the Trade Center. Let's read on.

The sources said the gold was found in a delivery tunnel under 5 World Trade Center.......

For the last couple of days, construction workers - directed by the feds - had been clearing a delivery tunnel that runs under the complex.

So the feds apparently knew exactly where it was. We can assume someone told them (?)

WAS THE FEDERAL RESERVE BANK COMPLETELY EMPTIED OF GOLD IMMEDIATELY BEFORE THE WORLD TRADE CENTER ATTACK ON 9-11-01?

On the morning of September 11, 2001, there were $167 billion dollars in gold bars in Federal Reserve vaults in the basement of the World Trade Center.

Since the destruction of the twin towers, there has been much speculation as to what might have become of all of the gold.

A female caller to the Bill Bochiers radio program on WLW, Cincinnati (11-06-04) told of a report from her friend who worked at the WTC. The friend said that on the morning of 9-11 she was on her way to her job at the World Trade Center, along the route she normally took. As she turned a corner at the base of the Center, she saw two large flat bed trucks parked at one of the entrances. One of the trucks had already been loaded and had its contents covered by a large tarp. The second truck was in the process of having its bed loaded with stacks of solid gold bars.

Both sides of the street were lined by black uniformed troops with machine guns who kept an eye on the operation and on the surrounding area.

The bewildered woman kept a distance from the activity and watched as the second truck was loaded, and its contents covered with a tarp. The two trucks were then driven away with the soldiers traveling along as escort.

The woman was so stunned by what she had seen that she turned around and did not report to work that morning, which, as it turned out, most probably saved her life when the towers were attacked and destroyed only about an hour later.

NO PRIOR KNOWLEDGE?

Of course, until the witness comes forward publicly, this is all just hearsay, unfortunately.

PLEASE give us a recap of the audience size, response, etc

A little fun with statistics...my headline..."Russo's Smash Documentary Outperforms 'Pirates of the Caribbean' in Opening Weekend". Am I full of it? Not at all...that is a true statement. According to the website 'Box Office Mojo'; Russo's film took in an AVERAGE of $6,120 per screen, whereas 'Pirates' only banked $5,374 per screen. The difference? 'Freedom to Fascism' on ten screens; 'Pirates' on 3,834 screens. Still...Russo's film kicked Pirate ass on a 'per screen' basis. Can I get a job with CNN now?

I really wish that you two would see it and then tell me if you still feel the same about Russo and his agenda. That's only fair, right? ;)

If it plays in my area, I will go see it and let you know.
