Although I agree with him on eliminating the Unconstitutional FedRes, I am in favor of ELIMINATING the IRS completely and the income tax. Why Russo wants the status quo IRS is suspect. Very suspect.

oh, he doesn't !! most of the movie is exposing the fact that there is NO LAW that requires most americans to pay taxes on their labor (Russo nails the former IRS commissioner. exposes him as the lying fool he is).

Why? I agree with it.

The IRS does more than just handle 1040's. They handle corporate taxes and many other kinds of taxes. Tax collection is needed and if it's not handled by the IRS it will require another alphabet department.

No, it's not the fact that we have something called the IRS that's the problem. It's what the IRS spends most of its time doing, and that's collecting taxes on people's labor, which needs to stop. Though it would be fun to see I'm not in favor of shutting down the IRS because it would just usher in it's replacement. It's the illegal IRS practices that need to change.
