The singer and his band U2 are facing for accusations of hypocrisy for switching their financial affairs to avoid paying higher taxes in Ireland, while berating the parsimony of rich country leaders and calling for public funds to go into financing debt relief for poor nations. Analysts and campaigners from both faith and non-faith background, many gathered around the Tax Justice Network, are working on issues of fundamental change and reform in tax structures, highlighted by the current Bono and U2 controversy. He's as pathetic as the whiny assed liberals who declare we don't pay enough in taxes.......odd, isn't it-----considering they could send all of their earnings to gubmint, but they prefer we be forced to pay foro what they deem as 'caring', or 'compassionate', or 'necessary', or 'fair'. And for the so- called christian hypocrits, including the liar in chief---nowhere in scripture does it suggest that people be forced to be compassionate so the friggin politicians can look pious while declaring their good works!!! Gubmint is incapable of feeling anything! They are thieves and robbers and incapable of even half-way adhering to the findings of the Biblical story concerning the talents given to servants to care for while the master was away. Amazing how they just sort of ignore that 'being accountable for what happens' aspect. Instead, the assholes boast they spent $16 billon on hurricane problems--- and then we learn that 1/5 of that, at least, has been misused and abused. The answer, of course, is to toss another umteen billion in the pot to make up for it.
