Goldi-Lox has banned aristeides. I completely understood Goldi-Lox’s motivations for banning me. I frequently expressed the opinion on Libertypost that the Israeli lobby and Americans that place the interests of Israel above the interests of the United States are a threat to our nation and to our government as defined by the Constitution. However, banning an individual like aristeides defies explanation. Aristeides has honorably served his country in uniform and believes strongly in America. As an individual with an impressive educational background and professional expertise, he was able to post his insight and informed opinions on a variety of issues. He brings quality to a forum and that is what brings participants. You can watch CNN and FOX for 24 straight hours and not see one commentator or guest that matches the intellect or the gift for analysis that aristeides brings to the table. Fortunately, there is a forum that provides a meeting ground for individuals that love this great country and the United States Constitution. I look forward to continuing to learn from aristeides' contributions.

And I still think it was breaking news. It was author Jim Moore's report of his personal experience of discovering he was on the no-fly list. Goldi claimed that, because the report appeared on The Huffington Post, that meant it had to be classified as "Blog," which meant that it could not be Breaking News.

I wouldn't worry so much about 4Dumb. Once we get the hate laws through, that anti-Semitic hellhole will be shut down for good. It's about time some of these Americans start to get some understanding that this crap's not going to be tolerated much longer. IIRC, 'tractate' is a word used in the Talmud, as a part of their division of their renderings of various aspects of the law. It would seem to me, without checking this for certainty, that this Marguerite person is jewish, perhaps a friend or cohort of the site's owner....religious sisters, so to speak.
That suspension was temporary. The current one, however, appears to be permanent.

Interesting. Goldi's last posting on LP was on Thursday, Aug. 24, at 5:51 PM. That was before my banning. I forgot. Goldi posted a minute before I was banned, berating me for posting the thread about the New York man who was arrested for retransmitting Al Manar. I wonder why that posting didn't show up in my search for Goldi's postings.

It was not in either the American Heritage Dictionary or in the Reader's Digest Dictionary, both of them rather large dictionaries. It did appear in the unabridged multivolume Oxford English Dictionary, but only with old uses cited.
The way I was banned, secretly, without any notice even to me, makes the forum look very bad.

One thing about him, he is consistent in his efforts and anything he says or does is meant to serve a coherent and well thought out agenda. I am sure as well that his participation in LP is geared as practice for what he does in real life in his work as an activist in academia. He is not so much enamored with the virtual community of LP as he is with it's value as a tool to help him develop and practice his operations and agenda in real life realms.
