Listening to the Kinkster on AJ's show today, I thought I'd give him a plug here.

He swore that he secure our border and stop the toll-roads, among other things.

Why the hell not?

What a great interview - Kinky signed off with, "May the God of your choice, bless you, Alex."

Why the hell not, bump.

I agree. Why the hell not?

Anything that can upset the 2-party cabal in TX is a good thing.

As long as Kinky vows not to add a sixth point to the official Texas Lone Star.

That was a great interview...if Kinky is the only candidate willing to stop that NAFTA highway; that should tell Texans what they need to do on the first Tuesday in November...it's as simple as that.

I've been over checking out his website, and dude's serious about this race - he's not just jerking around with it.

I'm going to write his campaign and see if he can snag the Dixie Chicks to do a fundraiser for him: the one that JimmieBuffet's doing evidently sold out in only a few hours, and JesseVentura's coming down here in three weeks to do some campaigning.

I didn't hear anything during the Jones interview that led me to believe that he WASN'T dead serious. Do polls REALLY show him only 11 percentage points behind Governor Goodhair?

Anything's better than Perry and the other bitch candidate Strayhorn..LOL. Kinky is a little vague on some issues...but stopping the tollroad, legalizing marijuana, and stopping illegals, and being pro 2nd amendment...that's a good enough start in the right direction to get MY vote!!

WHY THE HELL NOT????????

THat's great if it's true. Whore Perry will only get the votes of MORON SHEOPLE. [So will staryhorn...we don't need a tough talking LYING BITCH for TX governor..we had one of those already named Ann Richards]

WHY THE HELL NOT! GO KINKY!

THat's great if it's true.

Kinky stated on the Jones show that Goodhair was at 34%, and he was second at 23%. Eleven points can be overcome easily with the amount of time left before the election. Kinky should pound on the message that he will STOP the Trans-Texas corridor dead in its tracks.

Stopping the toll roads and stopping the invasion of illegals would be my two main talking points in this race.

Friedman's running for governor of the state, not congress; and I wish that he had a seccession plank in the platform.

Hey Smokin welcome to 4UM! Did he really say he was a friend of Shrub??? Oh crap.....he sure doesn't talk like it. Don't tell me this "songrwriter-outsider" is another political whore...please don't tell me that...~`~SIGH~~~

He can NOT be worse than the Shill Perry or his competition...although I have noticed he is intentionally vague on many issues on his website.

Tell me more. We here want to make informed decisions and if you know something lay it on me so I don't screw up..please.

Indie, he claimed he was a friend of clinton's and bush 41's too. he even said more than once that bush2 was a really nice guy. there were a couple other things he said that bothered me ( i actually called my husband from the car and said this guy Kinky is dopey and my husband agreed) which i can't remember now. first of all, he doesn't have a snowball's chance in hell of being (s)elected and, secondly, i don't believe he'd be able to do a damn thing about the toll roads. oh! i just remembered. alex asked him about 911. he claimed he's not researched it and unconcerned now because it's in the past. uh...that's unacceptable to me for any person who wants to represent me.

Understand.

You've got to know that a person like Kinky, or Willie, or anyone else in that industry can get along with the very devil himself in order to survive and "get along."

PLEASE - get over being able to smoke a joint with these folks and being able to oppose what they have in mind for our state.

I am going to find out all I can about him. Above is a bio link from CMT. Sounds like an old 70's writer and son of UT professor [WARNING WILL ROBINSON!!!] and now writes novels. The guy is part of TheElite which I think is partly responsible for his continued success. [It's much harder to get books published than it is to get a song published and that ain't easy...unless the heads of most major publishing companies happen to be Jewish??]
He's made excellent use of his membership in TheTribe and milked it for all it's worth. He's also written some stuff for Tx Monthly magazine. [He is NOT an outsider needless to say...]

But anybody..and I mean anybody.. is better than RickyBoyPerry or that Strayhorn witch.

The Status Quo is UNACCEPTABLE.
