To: Arator (#12) What's "The Power of Nightmares"? It's a BBC series (3 parts, I think) that played in Britain last fall, or at least within the last year. It outlines the manipulation of the public from, I think, the Cold War, on up to the present. One of its premises (which caught my eye in reading descriptions of the series) is that "terrorism" is a control device. That premise, of course, is nothing new to those here who question this whole so-called war on terror. But it was nice to think that the BBC had put those questions into an appealing series which was played to EVERYONE in Britain! Do a yahoo search and read the descriptions. The series sounds absolutely awesome.
