I joked with him that he should demand they lower the drinking age for him too. He didn't go anywhere in state.Then my daughter got accepted there. Have you ever been up to More Mesa Beach in Santa Barbara? That is one of my favorite places in the area. That and the beach just south of Montecito. That one is completely uncontrolled too.
