While most progressives disagree with Mr. Graham on most issues, he delivers a nearly perfect performance in defense of not tinkering with the Geneva Conventions.

Good video clip. He states it well, it is a treaty obligation that cuts both ways and it is infuriating to see Bush acting like he can't see this.
He's a scumbag, but he's a scumbag who can read the writing on the wall.
..and those who defend Bush regarding torture are culpable IMO.. how could anyone defend torturing another human being? No matter what they did?
excellent point.. I remember it was Graham who after the photos of Abu Ghraib were shown to Congress was so upset about them.. and what happened? Not a friggen thing.. he said one thing and that was it.. so hes just as guilty as are all those in congress and the senate IMO.. they all should be held accountable.
