Yup, I generally mean other forums I've been in where the moderator acted like it was cat herding and did dumb things after totally mis-interpreting what was going on in a forum.

Like there is an EZ Board with much my old community from Time.Com/Politics I like to visit. but the tight no ad hominem policy gets on my nerves and isn't like it was in the big place with the nice interface. ;-)
