My (ex) girlfriend and I saw the IMAX movie, "Adrenaline Rush" a few months ago. It was about base jumpers, guys who jump off cliffs. This guy is jumping off of a fjord in Norway. The ground is over 4000 feet down.

as someone who is very, very, very fearful of heights, i can't imagine anyone enjoying this.
My wife and I are heading up to West Virginia in mid-October to attend Bridge Day; where crazy people like this spend all day jumping off the New River Bridge, the second-highest bridge in the United States. Not quite as spectacular as this, since the bridge is only 1000 feet above the river. Still...lots of fun to watch...they expect the usual crowd of 250,000 people.
