I have tried repeatedly to find Jeff Rense's websites. The major site is http://www.Rense.com . The other is http://www.RenseRadio.com . Each time I try I am redirected to a page by my ISP which says this address was not found. Zionists have been threatening him, his advertisers, guests and columnists for years. I would like someone to try to connect using a different ISP to see if it is being blocked by my ISP which is earthlink. I would have switched providers but I have been moving a lot and don't want to sign a new service contract especially since I might be going overseas in January. This notice I am getting for both of his websites is different than the one that says it is temporarily not available. It is possible that he changed his Internet address and that it will take a few hours for DNS servers to learn his new one.

Obviously his server is down. May be nothing more than maintenance, software crash or a hardware malfunction. I doubt it is anything to be too concerned about.
God is always good! Some of the Rense stuff was interesting, but he lost me on his Scientology, and his support for Ernst Zundel.

He is in prison for talking and writing about one subject. I don't agree with him about this subject, but it's just plain wrong to imprison someone for having a different idea about history. Were it any other holocaust he chose to question, he would not be in prison. Next month the Bush administration may begin to decide who is a "terrorist supporter". They've been complaining about the internet blogs.

Why are people concerned ? it has nothing or little to do with his political beliefs.. that issue is moot for me.. it has to do with rights.. and how and what happened to him.. for it could happen to any of us..
But they did much more to him than call him names. He is in prison for his view of history. There is a lot wrong with that.

I told you more than once I don't agree with his view of history. What I said is that imprisoning someone for thought crimes is wrong. And he never advocated violence. Neither does, they simply don't believe that 6 million Jews were put to death in Concentration Camps during WWII. Over 40 million european civilians died in WWII. No one gets arrested for denying that. And tens of millions of Russian Christians were put to death in Soviet gulags by Stalin. No one even studies that in school. There are no memorials or movies to them. YOU ARE FREE TO DENY THAT ALL YOU WANT! No one will arrest you. That is how it should be for all thoughts and views about history.

In Canada & Germany they have laws to suppress anti-nazi laws to suppress nazis. This doesn't bother me. The only problem I have with Zundel's sentence, is that he shouldn't serve longer time than (for example) a rapist or murderer. He should be released, and then probably, he'd be imprisoned again soon in the future.

I think it's a crime to throw people in jail for studying history, trying to determine what happened in any given time and place. If he's the man who is the historian who got thrown in jail for trying to study the events of the holocaust, that is so wrong. People don't get thrown in jail for studying the Civil War for instance. Why are you so concerned about Zundel? Are you a nazi? No one in their right mind would be a self-proclaimed nazi, that is if they know anything about what life was like under Hitler. We are so used to seeing old German newsreels on the History Channel of Hitler driving down a major thoroughfare with huge crowds of Germans just going nuts over the sight of him, cheering and screaming with delight and so on. However the truth was very different. ALL citizens lived under a dictatorship so severe it controlled every aspect of everyone's life. All people no matter what age were required to join all sorts of Nazi groups or they'd get in very bad trouble. Bicycle thieves received the death penalty, all sorts of things led to the death penalty. They shot people, hung people, even chopped people's heads off and this is not even including what happened to the Jews and other people in the slave camps. It was a period of great horror for everyone around Europe, and anyone who is at all knowledgable in this area would never indentify with nazis, unless they are sadistic sociopaths.

And he never advocated violence. You really don't know much about his case. I just looked up Zundel on wikipedia, and apparently he is German-born and wrote something called, "The Hitler We Loved". He sounds like a nut. I would never agree with his beliefs, but I don't believe in putting people in jail for outrageous beliefs as long as they don't commit violence. I looked him up because there are a few of these guys who are in jail for being holocaust deniers and I get them mixed up.
