The scandal involving Congressman Foley and a teenaged Capitol Hill page is nothing more than "naughty emails", says White Press Secretary Tony Snow.

In the following video, Snow seems to be playing down the Foley scandal, telling reporters, "Yeah, look, I hate to tell you but it's not always pretty up there on Capitol Hill. There have been other scandals, as you know, that have been more than simply naughty emails."

Snow's "naughty emails" remark occurs around 5:28 into the video.
