Outfoxed: Rupert Murdoch's War on Journalism. Watch These Videos - You Owe it to Yourself. By Robert Greenwald, Director/Producer Oct 11, 2006, 18:14
Editor's Note: While Murdoch and Fox's reputation are well-deserved, we think it is important to note that the so-called "liberal" side of the corporate media does their job for U.S. imperialism just as well. While Fox appeals to the hard right with their deceptions, those media corporations who attack Fox are no less dangerous. Aside from amassing wealth, corporate media like NPR, the TV networks and major newspapers appeal to the intellectual side of the masses. They are adept with the use of linguistics, obfucations, omissions and distractions in bending the public will into a sense of futility and helplessness. The most obvious recent example of this is described well in James Petras' new article, Elections in the USA - Justice and Perversion and the Perversion of Justice. The following videos however, focus on the frankly deceptive practices of Rupert Murdoch and Fox. - Axis Editors
Introduction: Outfoxed examines how media empires, led by Rupert Murdoch's Fox News, have been running a "race to the bottom" in television news. This film provides an in-depth look at Fox News and the dangers of ever-enlarging corporations taking control of the public's right to know.
These punks are below contempt, and not one of them will ever get a job apart from the Moonie Times and other wingnut pubs, when Fox News folds. Which is going to happen. CNN may be right wing, but they give real credence to the other side. Faux has wingnuts delivering the news. They lie so bad, there ain't a mattress that will take them on.
