October 16, 2006 -- Congratulations to Under Secretary of State for Public Diplomacy and Public Affairs Karen Hughes, who was made a roving worldwide ambassador to improve the image of America abroad. Based on the following posters photographed by a WMR contributor who was recently in Vienna, Hughes is not worth one cent of her inflated salary.
