It provides guidance on establishing prison camps on Army installations. And as a reminder, all those camps the Nazis had during WW2 were originally started as a civilian inmate labor program. Apparently the object is blocked. It says I do not have permission to view it. Do we really need another holocaust? Does AMERICA need a Holocaust in order to be broken and shamed? These camps are for the people who would stand against the partitioning of this country. These camps are for the people who would stand for their nation's sovereignty. These camps are for those who will not turn a blind eye to evil. Should these things come to pass, then every soldier in the military is no better than the nazis who killed millions of their own fellow citizens and said "We were just following orders". These are the darkest days of America we're living in right now.

That is really strange, because I just opened it again, and it popped right up. I wonder.... I am in Mexico, and could it be that you can not open it from within the states? Perhaps a couple of more people will try and we will get a feel for it.

The Solution is to apply, for the first time in the history of the United States, the Constitution to Washington, D.C.

If you are suggesting American troops will be the culprits, think about it; they are hot to trot to get ALL of them, any that have ever held a gun, whether they are half in their grave or not, overseas, where they will be of no use to the country they are supposed to be defending.....Remember the military test they gave the troops and then tried to deny...the one that asked the troops if they would fire on American citizens? Most, to their credit, said no. It has always been the plan to use FOREIGN troops for this dirty work.
