A Compresensive Plan for Restoring Gun Rights Under The Scecond Amendment to the Unites States Constitution A 00-Hotherp Report by Coral Snake. Whereas - Our basic rights under the Second Amendment to the United States Constitution has been steadily and systamatically eroded ever since the 1911 Sullivan Law of New York City and State. Whereas - This erosion of our basic rights under the Second Amendment to the United States Constitution was done with malice of forthought by treasonous elitists bent on destroying the American middle class in order to promulgate a corporatist/fascist/socialist/fudalist "New World Order" and NOT for its supposed front purpose of reducing violent crime. Whereas - The treasonous corporatist/fascist/socialist/fudalist New World Order elitists have extended copyrights, trademarks and patents to virtually permanent duration in order to create a monopoly mass media computer software news and entertainment cartel designed to promulgate propaganda hostile to gun rights and other important individual freedoms that can not be answered in like fawshion with the same popular characters used to present it or use its articles for the purpose of refuting them on forums and in chat rooms. Whereas - What is left of our gun rights is the ONLY thing standing between us and the forced labor/re education camps now being built by the treasonous corporatist/fascist/socialist/fudalist New World Order Halliburton company. Be it resolved that the following plan is now being proposed to restore FULL second Amendment gun rights to the United States of America, both the so called "red" and the so called "blue" states weather the treasonous corporatist/fascist/socialist/fudalist New World Order elitists like it or not. Preliminaries - The Constitutional Restoration Council: This plan is best implemented tthrough a single co ordination council that will implelent and coordinate the implementation of all of its parts. The best current working name for this council will be the Constitutional Restoration Council. Such a council should be set up before the year is over if we are serious about restoring gun and other basic Constitutional rights through this plan. Part 1, Lawsuits: Turabout is fair play gun grabbers!!! This plan proposes that within no more than a year's time from its posting that lawyers who are also patriots prepare and initiate a class action wrongful death lawsuit against the following parties: Brady Campaign for the Prevention of Gun Violence/Million Mom March Freedom States Allience/Gun Guys (highly deceptive anti gun rights website based organization, even against antique and curio and relic exemptions for collectors) American Hunters and Shooters Association (Another deceptive anti gun rights group that basically wants to limit gun ownership and use to hunting and target shooting with non "assault" rifles and shotguns) Coalition to Stop Gun Violence The Communitarian Network Legal Community Against Gun Violence The Potowmack Institute Violence Policy Center Any other organization that weather by legislation, lawsuits, or political activity promulgates an anti gun rights/anti civilian gun industry policy (in the case of those organizations promoting lawsuits to achieve "gun control" our suits are best presented as counter suits to theirs). Any anti gun rights government officials Federal, State or Local, either elected or appointed involved in the passage or enforcement of "gun control" laws not protected by "Sovereign Immunity" from lawsuits. The second amendment will NOT be used in these suits because it tends to get a short shift in New World Order run "Admaralty" courts. Rather the basis of these suits will be that the organizations and officials named therein have deliberately set up laws, regulations and policies (gun control laws affecting ONLY law abiding citizens) that have given an overwhelming advantage to criminals who do not obey such laws over law abiding citizens that do thereby causing the wrongful deaths of such law abiding citizens. Just as the aim of similar suits on the part of anti gun rights organizations and governments against gun manufacturers and dealers was to destroy the civilian gun industry these suits are aimed spacifically at destroying the anti gun rights movement once and for all in its current form. (They will ALWAYS find a way to come back. That's why this plan has other parts to cover that eventuality.) Part 2. Demonstrations: Demonstrations and music play an important roll in non electoral political action as a tool of the anti gun rights movement, the environmental movement, the anti globalist/corporatist movement, the anti Iraq war movement and the anti abortion movement to name just a few who use this successful tactic for getting noticed by the MSM (basically the tactic of demonstrations and music put anti Iraq war icons such as Cindy Sheehan and the Dixie Chicks on the map). Therefore I propose that gun rights patriots also adopt this tactic. Good sites for such demonstrations should include: Capital Hill: The White House when occupied by a gun grabber The main headquarters of the BATFE in Atlanta Georgia Federal Buildings with BATFE offices therein State Legislatures and Governor's mansions when occupied mainly by gun grabbers State Attorney Generals Offices (this state officer is usually the one charged with enforcing "gun control" laws at the state level) County and city halls when occupied mainly by gun grabbers Police and sherrif's departments in local communities that have confiscatory gun licensing policies or enforce gun bans. As for the music that can be used in these demonstrations I will soon be comming out with a Gun Rights Songbook spacifically for use during gun rights based protest demonstrations covering such subjects as Jury Nullification of "gun control" laws, Gun control and Genocide and similar gun rights related subjects. For the Gun Rights Songbook I will be restricting the songs to historic music (19th and early 20th century) because this music is of higher quality than modern rock 'n' roll and country in my opinion and entered the royalty free freely distributable public domain before the advent of modern NWO permanent copyrights. The purpose of demonstrations as basically grass roots action to reach and educate the sheeple by FORCING appearances of your movement on the MSM media and a song with a famous or even INfamous melody and message that can be readily understood in my opinion is better than the sloganeering and rock 'n' roll shouting such demonstrations usually use. Part 3. Jury Nullification: Another one of the movements that was very successful with demonstrations and music was the 19th Century Temeperance (anti alchohol) movement. So successful in fact was it that it passed an ammendment to the United States Constitution in 1919 to allow Congress to ban alchoholic liquors. This amendment resulted in Congress passing the Volstead or National Prohibition Act in 1920. This act however was quickly nutralized by what I'm proposing as the third part of this plan, Jury Nullification. In fact even though it remained on the books until the early depression years in the 1930s the Volstead act was made effectively uninforcable by nullifying juries within a year of its passage because the jurors felt that even though it was passed through an implementing Constitutional amendment that it still violated one of the first ten amendments to the Constitution (the Bill of rights) that took presidence over all the others (probably the ninth in this case). It is ironic that the first FEDERAL violation of the Second Amendment, the National Firearms Act took place very soon after this most sucessful experiment in Jury Nullification in 20th century America. Jury Nullification in fact is even MORE justified for gun control laws that it was for the Volstead Act because there was in fact Constitutional authorization for that act through the amendment allowing Congress to implement such an act. The Constitution is quite clear on guns however and the reason for ordinary citizens to have them. It clearly grants ALL citizens (now that women can be a part of military organizations) a right to own a firearm or firearms as a part of an unorganized militia and even to train with them so as to be well regulated as a last line of defense against foreign invasion, terrorism or the development tyrannical and or totalitarian governmental tendencies. Government is not to infringe or to use plain modern English TAKE ANY ACTION against this right. This makes "gun control" perhapse the most justifiable target for Jury Nullification of the century. Therefore I propose that whenever you are on enforced Jury service you use it as an oppertunity to hit back at the gun grabbers the same way the drinkers of the 1920s hit back at the Volstead Act when "gun control" laws are involved in the case you are on. At first you may not be on a jury that will be 100 per cent for a Nullification aquital of a "gun control" defendent but remember that on a criminal jury EVEN ONE HOLDOUT can cause a mistrial and enough mistrials on the same cases can cause the prosicution of "gun control" laws to become a VERY EXPENSIVE and TAX EATING proposition indeed encouraging support for "gun control" law repeal by the other hogs at the tax trough that are getting a substantial part of their share of the "slop" taken away by zealot gun grabber prosicutors. Part 4. Defensive force if we must but go after the MASTERS, not the SLAVES: This is a subject that most of us woud rather not deal with but deal with it we must. The gun grabbers are an integral part of an elitist New World Order that feels that they have a genetically based right to rule everybody else based on multi hundred year long bloodline histories. While the rank and file of the military and police did stand down and quit participating in the oppression of their own people in the old Soviet Union leading to that New World Order empire's collapse and that would be the best solution here we really can't depend on it happening again. We must therefore work against "gun control" or any other New World Order "right to rule" projects based on the fact that they are not going to give up their power without a fight. And when they fight of course they are going to do it the same way they do in Iraq and other places. They will not fight themselves because they have no guts and are simply too cowardly to do so. Rather their going to send their cannon fodder troops and police after us, probably to implement either a martial law or legislative based gun ban as their final step against the success of this plan and for their own plan for a New World Order. Therefore to deal with this contingency should it arise and it probably will I'm proposing that we act strictly according to the basic Libertarian doctrine regarding the use of force. This means that we INITIATE nothing violent ourselve and stick with the plan of lawsuits, demonstrations and music and Jury Nullification UNTIL THEY INITIATE FORCE THEMSELVES in the enforcement of a gun ban no matter how it comes about. ANY attempt at a door to door type gun confiscation action will make force a GO under Libertarian doctrine because it will become retaliatory and not initiatory. Ultimately however we should ignore the cannon fodder they send after us and the politicians who implement their "laws" for them as much as possible and concentrate on the cannon fodders' and politicians' MASTERS, the New World Order elite THEMSELVES, My philosophy of war including revolution/civil war is very different than that of Shrubya's and other New World Order types who want to perpetuate it for as long as a modern copyright and thereby similarly profit from it. Once forced into war YOU END IT as quickly as possible and as SUCCESSFULLY as possible to reduce the carnage as much as possible. To do that you go after the HEAD of the monster that started it not the body and tail (the troops, police and politicians) unless that body and tail insist on forcing the issue (And most of them will cease hostile action when the HEAD ("American New World Order Elite) of the beast falls). Once such a revolution/civil war against the New World Order elite in America is successful the Constitutional Restoration Council should implement the following governmental reforms. 1. Bring home all troops from Iraq, Afgahanistan or any place else where they are involved in an entangling alliance or enforcing and mantaining the New World Order and re deploy them where they are genuinely required for the services of American interests, at the Southern Border to shut off the New World Order sponsored illegal immigration invasion. 2. Fully restore religious (including NON religious), speach, expression, gun, jury trial, bail, anti torture, anti search and seazure, anti self incrimination and ninth amendment property and "persuit of happiness" rights, make the violation of any of these rights by any future politician or private group a criminal offense equivalant to treason but not subject to the death penalty unless a homicide occurs as a result of the violation thereof, make the violator liable to citizen as well as police or military arrest. 3. Abilish the Federal Reserve and create an honest currency that is not debt based (John F. Kennedy's United States Note "Social Credit" plan comes to mind if there is really not enough gold for a gold based system, see below.) 4. Abolish income, property, sales and other direct taxes for a system of tarrifs on multinational corporations and a "social credit" system of paper currency with taxation based on the right of distruction and re issue of said currency. 5. Reduce Copyright, patent and character trademark terms to the life of a work of authorship or invention protected by a copyright, patent or character trademark in the marketplace either as a either a freely distributable, open source or proprietary commercial product. After these four basic and needed government reforms are implemented the Constitutional restoration Council will implement elections based on the original body of the Constitution (President and Vice President elected by electors from the states, Senators elected by the legislatures of the states and representitives by the people of the states. Ir will then surrender authority to the new elected government. Candidates from Known New World Order organizations, fraternities and groups will be EXCLUDED from these elections. This is as comprehensive a plan as I can come up with on short notice for the restoration of gun and other basic rights in America. I would welcome other ideas that you might have in this thread. However we can no longer depend on the state as it currently exists to protect our basic rights, especially where guns are concerned. WW MUST PROTECT THEM OURSELVES and that is what this plan is about. Are you ready to take it on???????!!!!!!!
