Given that the long term memory of the goobs is less than about four days, I think the following should be presented to them as part of the Bush/GOP legacy:

1. America was attacked on September 11th, 1999 while Bill Clinton was President and Bill Clinton was ignoring all warnings of the September 11th attack because he was sleeping with Monica Lewinsky. But George Bush has apprehended the mastermind of these attacks, Saddam Hussein. The number of terrorism incidents around the globe have been reduced by 75% since 2001 under George W Bush.

2. Gas prices were $5 a gallon under Bill Clinton. Under the great leadership of George Bush, those prices have been cut in half, to $2.50 a gallon under George W Bush.

3. Under Bill Clinton America had record deficits totaling ten trillion dollars but George W Bush has restored America's economic greatness, balanced the budget, and created surpluses. Because of Bush America should have a 5.9 billion dollar surplus by 2009.

4. Radical Islamist Timothy McVeigh, working closely with radical Islamist Mohammed Atta, blew up the Murrow building in Oklahoma City in 1995, with the help of the ACLU and Michael Moore. About two hours prior to the bombing, Janet Reno planted explosives in the basement which caused the Murrow building to self destruct upon impact.

5. After Pearl Harbor was bombed in 1941, Franklin Delano Roosevelt put a young actor named Ronald Reagan in charge of the effort to defeat Japan, Germany, and Italy. Ronald Reagan singlehandedly won World War II when he invaded the beach of Normandy all by himself and wiped out half the German army. Reagan then returned home, built the atomic bomb all by himself, and then flew an airplane over Japan and dropped two atomic bombs on Japan which ended World War II. Yes Ronald Reagan defeated the Nazis and won World War II.

6. Democratic Congressman Tom Foley of Florida is a product of the pro-homosexual, Hollywood loving, anti-family values wing of the Democratic party who was inspired to rape young boys after being encouraged by Bill Clinton, who raped 13 year old Monica Lewinsky while Lewinsky was interning at the White House.

7. Conservative religious leaders are infallible. Those countless people who claim that their conservative priest or pastor, Orthodox rabbi, or right wing Imam abused them are liberal liars who are defaming religion. Every single claim of child abuse in the church has been in a liberal diocese not a conservative one. It is liberal groups, not James Dobson, who encourage fathers to go into the shower with their young sons and have the father shove his penis in front of the boy's face. And that stupid Ted Haggard is secretly married to Nancy Pelosi and was a card carrying member of every liberal gay right's group in San Francisco.

8. America's middle class is doing terrifically under George W Bush as college costs have been cut by 20%, student loans rates reduced by 30%, local middle class taxes cut by 50%, the size of the deficit cut by 40%, the national debt eliminated, health care costs reduced by 72%, home mortgage income deductions increased, house prices stabilized, and the value of the dollar increasing significantly in the world marketplace.

9. Hurricane Katrina was caused by liberal environmental policies which caused a cooling of the Gulf of Mexico. This cooling in the Gulf of Mexico created the extra winds necessary to wreak havoc on the Gulf Coast. Congressional Democrats were in charge of FEMA at the time Hurricane Katrina struck and it was the failure of these Democrats to respond which caused millions of people to be displaced.

10. The 2006 general elections were a repudiation of progressive, liberal, and moderate policies as a wave of pro-Iraq War, conservative Democrats defeated ultra liberal Republicans in contested congressional races.

If you don't believe any of the above assertions, then you are an anti-semite who hates the troops and wants the terrorists to win.

I have never been so glad for an "election" season to end. Living the 15th district of the People's Republic of Ohio, I was getting no less than five robo-calls a day from Deborah Pryce's operation, calling Mary Jo Kilroy everything but a white woman. Here is what Boteye's version of one of those calls would have been:

And that's not even counting the robo-calls I was getting every day from Mike DeSwine, Junior and Clinton.

Perhaps you can explain the mystery of Badeye. On elPee, one can find a post entitled Why I hate Badeye. As a newcomer to these bulletin boards, I am unable to account for the strange fascination he commands. Does it arise from the fact that he responds in lightning speed, and peppers the boards with four- word posts? I cannot recall ever having seen him post anything of substance. If it were not for his unmistakable style, his 9-to5 posting schedule would lead me to suspect authorhip by a committee of DOD professionals. Is there something about his history that would help us newcomers appreciate the agony and the ecstasy that is Badeye?

You answered your own question. Badeye will post a response to any other poster, and very quickly. That means he spouts his stuff all day long, and you never post to him and don't get a reply. He's everywhere, all the time; this, combined with his smug self-assurance and iconic "conservatism", means that he gets a lot of attention.

i know badeye's been around on these conservative forums for a long time. i remember him from http://lucianne.com. there have been photos of him and articles posted on the net about his surveillance(?) business so that's probably legit. who knows though? he and i have a mutual disdain for one another so i've avoided reading him for years. i'm probably the wrong person to ask.

This election was a planned step back to take two steps forward.

His story is that he owns 10% of it. I've seen how business partnerships work. If you have a 10% owner who does n-o-t-h-i-n-g every business day but post bullshit on an internet discussion board, that guy either gets bought out or pushed out by the other owners. More than likely, he's the dumbass brother in-law of whoever owns the company and they gave the fool a computer and a desk to at the office to keep him occupied and out of the way. Also, millionaire businessmen don't typically need to have wives to co-sign on a mortgage.
