I would suggest the following modest bill to be passed that would require the following to be completed before any Amnesty for Illegal Aliens legislation could go into effect: 1) The Federal government compensate all state and local governments for 100% of the expenditure of said governments over the past 2 years on education, health care, welfare, disability, unemployment compensation, police, prison and courts for illegal aliens and their children,
3) That the federal government compensate all motorists and pedestrians for all losses due to vehicular accidents caused by unisured illegal aliens for the past two years. In case of the death of said individuals the next of kin shall receive all compensation due. Further the federal government shall pay all auto insurance companies for the costs of all uninsured motorists for the past two years.
4) The Federal government pay private and charitable medical clinics and hospitals for the unpaid health care bills of all illegal aliens incurred over the past two years.
5) The Congress and Senate only after these bills have been paid will enact either a tax increase or create a new tax to pay for the above costs and the expected of costs for the first two years of Amnesty for all federal departments as well as 100% of all costs incurred by state and local governments as well as to compensate private and charitable hospitals for all costs of services provided to those newly amnetized green card holders. This is to include all auto insurance bills for unisured motorist provisions for the next two years.
6) The Congress and the Senate would be prohibited from allowing any Amnesty bill to go into effect until all of the above conditions have been met.
