This particular "cell" that Able Danger had detected a year prior to 9-11 were also being paid by the Pakistani ISI/CIA ... I think these were contract agents, that were being protected by our own intelligence agencies.

The evidence supports your conclusion,imo. I wonder if Weldon suspected in advance that challenging the cover-up would result in him losing his seat in Congress.
