Interesting site with links to home brew information on various energy technologies, including "lifters" which I've not seen before. But there are photo's and videos of this device seemingly defying gravity, and it appears many have built them.

Yeah, lifters are cool; people make them in their basements. Do a google search and you can find all kinds of video and plans.

Looks like "lifters" are proven to not be anti-grav at all, but are actually "ion thrusters" which cause a movement of air. They don't work in a vacume, and are completely explained with current physics.
