9/11 See other 9/11 Articles Title: Negroponte & Rohrabacher Betray America to Islamic Terror Backers Copyright 2006 by Patrick B. Briley PART I of a TWO PART SERIES Negroponte and Rohrabacher Had Prior Warnings of 9/11 The Basics on John Negroponte John Negroponte is currently the Director of National Intelligence who directs all 15 US civilian and military intelligence agencies in the US war on terrorism. Counterpunch published an interview Ex-State Department Security Officer Charges Pre-9/11 Cover-Up in March 2006 with Sam Karmilowicz who asserted John Negroponte gained foreknowledge of the 9/11 plot while Negroponte was US ambassador to the Philippines from 1993 to 1996. Karmilowicz was the senior US State Department security officer at the US embassy in the Philippines when Negroponte was the ambassador. Negroponte learned of the 9/11-style plot plans hatched by Khalid Mohammed and Ramzi Yousef in 1994 in the Philippines. The 9/11-style plot plans Negroponte learned of were the training of hijacker pilots inside the US to fly airplanes into US skyscrapers, the Pentagon and the White House. Negroponte oversaw a working group of FBI, DIA and CIA agents that also interacted with Philippine undercover agent Edwin Angeles. Negroponte also learned of the plot from interrogation of Wali Kahn and Abdul Murad who were in the Philippine Abu Sayef cell of Khalid Mohammed and Ramzi Yousef. The FBI and CIA also learned of the plot from Yousef’s computer hard drive confiscated in the Philippines. The FBI and CIA started monitoring the 9/11 hijacker pilots at US flight schools staring in 1996 based on what Negroponte and his working group had learned in the Philippines. Karmilowicz has also offered to testify in a pending Federal lawsuit over the OKC bombing about what Negroponte also learned in advance about the OKC bombing from the Negroponte’s working group monitoring of meetings of Abu Sayeff, Khalid and Ramzi with Terry Nichols in December 1994. Negroponte gave an interview to the “Manila Star” in 2005 revealing his intimate knowledge of Abu Sayef operations going back to when he was US ambassador to the Philippines. Also damning is the fact that Negroponte, as HW Bush’s deputy National Security advisor (1987-1989), directly arranged illegal transfers of US WMD materials (including nuclear, chemical and biological such as anthrax), equipment and know-how to Iraq, Libya (Rabtha chemical plant) and Iran using the CIA, Iraqi Ishan Barbouti, Ramzi Youseff, and Saudi billionaire Adnan Khashoggi in the US and England. Negroponte has been deeply involved with the two Islamic Saudi billionaires identified as financiers of the 9/11 attacks, Khalid Mahfouz and Adnan Khaoshoggi. Mahfouz (whose sister is married to Bin laden) is identified in the federal lawsuit brought by the families of the 9/11 victims. Florida witnesses and investigator Daniel Hopsicker have identified Khashoggi as a major funder and enabler for 9/11 hijackers Atta, AlShehhi and “wannabe” Moussaoui while Atta and AlShehhi attended Huffman Aviation flight school. Khashoggi was seen with the hijackers in Venice, Florida. See 5.5 Ton Cocaine Bust Reveals New Details of 9.11 Attack. Khashoggi was the business partner of the owner of Huffman Aviation, Wally Hilliard. Hilliard is close friend of Bin Ladens’ brother, Yeslam Bin Laden, who supplied flight trainee recruits for Hoffman Aviation. Khashoggi is of Turkish descent and had monies from the United Arab Emirates and Turkey passed to Atta and Alshehhi through the Kwik Check Convenience Store by Khashoggi’s Florida Hoffman Flight School business partners, Wally Hilliard and Makram Chams. Chams ran the Kwik Check Convenience that the 9/11 Commission and FBI identified as the source of the hijackers monies. Chams provided many cab fares for the 9/11 hijackers who also were seen at his apartment. See ROGUE STATE The funneling of money by Khashoggi via Turkey and the UAE is consistent with public assertions by FBI translator Sibel Edmonds who was silenced with a “state’s secrets” gag order by Attorney General John Ashcroft. Chams was also a partner of a gambling casino “Vegas in Venice” with one of the Huffman Aviation partners Max Burge. Atta is believed to have gambled at the Venice casino as well as the sister casino, Sun Cruz, owned by lobbyist Jack Abramoff (see more below under “The Basics on Jack Abramoff”). Chams is currently working with the FBI in San Diego where many of the 9/11 hijackers lived and trained. Negroponte worked closely with Mahfouz and Khashoggi during the Iran –Contra and the Bank of Credit and Commerce International (BCCI) scandals. Negroponte’s Greek shipping family has been close friends of the Saudi Kahshoggi family going back for three generations. The Iran-Contra Affair was a large political scandal during the 1980s that involved people associated with the Reagan Administration including Negroponte, lobbyists Jack Abramoff and Grover Norquist, Secretary of State Bud MacFarlane, Colonel Oliver North and California Congressman Dana Rohrabacher. During Iran-Contra in 1986, US arms were illegally sold to Iran with the direct help of Andan Kahshoggi and the proceeds were used to fund the Contras, an anti-communist guerrilla organization in Nicaragua. BCCI was a major international bank found by regulators in the United States and the United Kingdom to be involved in money laundering, bribery, support of terrorism, arms trafficking, the sale of nuclear technologies, the commission and facilitation of tax evasion, smuggling, illegal immigration, and the illicit purchases of banks and real estate. BCCI facilitated part of Oliver North's narcotics-tainted Iran-Contra deals while John Negroponte as US ambassador to Honduras lied to Congress about President Reagan's support for the Nicaraguan Contras. Negroponte knew Khaled Mahfouz as a Director of BCCI and as the Saudi banker with a 20% stake in BCCI. The White House and the CIA used BCCI to illegally launder and funnel millions of dollars during Iran Contra and to the fighters battling the Soviet occupation of Afghanistan. Khalid Mahfouz was also the banker for Negroponte’s Saudi friend, Adnan Khashoggi. Mahfouz set up a charity organization called the Muwaffaq Foundation in 1992. He funded this charity with $30 million. In October 2001, the US Treasury Department labeled Muwaffaq Foundation a front for Al-Qaeda. Yasin al-Qadi, who ran the Muwaffaq charity, was named a supporter of terrorism for bin Laden by the US Treasury, which then froze his assets. Al-Qadi was also one of the "angel investors" in the founding of PTech, named by Indira Singh and Sibel Edmonds as being involved in 9/11. PTech clients include US federal branches and agencies, FAA, FBI, DOD and the White House. PTech and Yasin Al-Qadi were protected from prosecution by Department of Homeland Security head, Michael Chertoff. See Chertoff Created Terror Pretexts for US Police State Negroponte as DNI has taken no action against PTech or Yasin Al-Qadi, Adnan Kahshoggi, Makram Chams, Wally Hilliard or Khalid Mahfouz for their roles in 9/11. Negroponte never testified about these men or these matters to the Joint Senate and House Intelligence hearings on 9/11 nor to the 9/11 Commission. The Basics on Dana Rohrabacher California Congressman Dana Rohrabacher is chairman of the House International Relations Committee for Investigations and a staunch friend, supporter and ally of Negroponte See “Hardball” Interview of Rohrabacher by Chris Matthews. Foremost among Rohrabacher’s Islamic extremist friends is Khaled Saffuri, a former government affairs director of the American Muslim Council (AMC) who has coordinated contributions to Rohrabacher’s re-election campaigns from Muslim donors, some of whom today are in federal prison on terrorism-related charges Saffuri worked under AMC Executive Director Abdulrahman Alamoudi, who was jailed last October on charges of illegally laundering money from the Libyan government. M. Hussein AlAmoudi is identified in the lawsuit filed by families of the victims lawsuit as a financier of 9/11 along with Saudi banker Khalid Mahfouz. At a September 2000 rally in Lafayette Park in front of the White House, Alamoudi led followers in chanting their support for Hamas and Lebanon’s Hezbollah, both of which are considered as international terrorist organizations by the U.S. government. During the 2000 election campaign, Rohrabacher’s man Saffuri became the head of Muslim Outreach for the Bush-Cheney campaign, and orchestrated a meeting between then Governor George W. Bush and Al-Arian during a campaign stopover in south Florida even though the Secret Service had specifically warned Bush that Al Arian was a terrorist backer. Since then, Saffuri and Grover Norquist have helped set up meetings in the Oval Office with President GW Bush for AMC and CAIR leaders. White House officials have acknowledged that Alamoudi attended at least one of these sessions with President GW Bush. See the 2004 story Dana Rohrabacher’s Troubling [Terrorist] Friends by Republican conservative Ken Timmerman. Rohrabacher said in a 60 minute speech to Congress on Jun 21, 2004, that he tried to warn Condi Rice of an imminent attack by AlQaeda on the US attack the week of September 10 and 11, 2001. He claimed 9/11 was the “dramatic failure of policy and people.” Yet Rohrabacher did not even try to testify about this during the joint Senate and House hearings on 9/11 or to the 9/11 Commission. Here is an excerpt of Rohrabacher’s speech from his own website (the full speech can be viewed at the link provided): “Then just a few days before 9/11, the news came that Commander Masood had been murdered in Afghanistan. I felt as if I had lost a close friend….. It dawned on me why Masood had been assassinated. America was going to be attacked. It would be so monstrous that bin Laden's gang in Afghanistan wanted to cut us off from a means of counterattacking them in their base of operations in Afghanistan. We would have turned to Masood if we were attacked. That is what we would have done, and they were cutting us off from turning to Masood, but now Masood was dead.” “Perhaps his death was a signal to set the planned attack on our country in motion. So on September 10, after I had figured that out a few days before 9/11, on September 10 I tried to alert anyone and everyone who would listen to me. I tried to give my warnings of an imminent terrorist attack. A few people listened as a courtesy, but for most people their eyes simply glazed over as I tried to warn them…” “Undeterred, I called the White House and asked for an emergency appointment with Condoleezza Rice in order to warn of an impending terrorist attack, a major attack. Her office apologized that she was incredibly busy that day but she respected my opinion and would see me the next day at 3:00 p.m. The next day was 9/11…” There likely is more that Rohrabacher knew besides the murder of his friend Masood that would cause Rohrabacher to claim he knew there could be an imminent attack by AlQaeda on the US around the time of 9/11. After Rohrabacher gave his speech, it is a mystery and an example of Congressional and media dereliction for them not to further question Rohrabacher’s version of events, how much he really knew, and Rohrabacher’s dealings with the Taliban, Masood and Islamic terror group backers. They should question why Rohrabacher waited and delayed for almost three years after 9/11 to tell his story in his speech. Was Rohrabacher waiting for memories to fade and for media attention to die down before coming forward? Serious questions were being intensely raised right after 9/11 about how much Bush and Rice foreknew or should have known about hijacked airliners being flown into US skyscrapers based on CIA and FBI warnings and briefings. If Rohrabacher had given his speech right after 9/11, it would only have intensified the questions of Bush’s, Rice’s and even Rohrabacher’s possible foreknowledge or forewarning. Was Rohrabacher’s speech even complete or fully accurate? If more details were known about what Rohrabacher knew BEFORE 911, would it put Rohrabacher, Rice and Bush in a better or worse light? By telling his story shortly after 9/11, Rohrabacher would have also possibly drawn attention to his dealings with Islamic terror groups and members such as AMC, AlAmoudi and AlArian. But by the time Rohrabacher made his speech in June 2004, Ken Timmerman’s article and the MadCow Morning News articles described above had already exposed Rohrabacher’s dealings with Islamic terror groups. A decision was made by the US to go after the drug dealing and terror groups, the Taliban and AlQaeda, in Afghanistan within a few months after 9/11 based on public outrage over their drug dealing operations and the Taliban’s direct involvement with AlQaeda. Rohrabacher may have also delayed giving his speech to avoid attracting too much public scrutiny of his relationships with the Taliban and Masood who were very unpopular in the US right after 9/11. Rohrabacher had met his friend Masood while on missions to Afghanistan. Masood was the leader of the Northern alliance that the DEA has said was heavily involved in the drug trade. But Rohrabacher also went to Afghanistan for negotiations involving the Taliban terror group that works closely with AlQaeda. “During the summer of 2001, Rohrabacher made a trip to Qatar that was paid for by the Islamic Institute and the Government of Qatar, according to Rohrabacher’s financial disclosure forms. While in Qatar, Rohrabacher, Grover Norquist, and Khaled Saffuri met with Taliban Foreign Minister Mullah Wakil Ahmed Muttawakil. Wakil reportedly asked for help in increasing the amount of foreign aid sent by the United States to Afghanistan, apparently in exchange for U.S. oil company UNOCAL being allowed to construct of an oil pipeline through Afghanistan. During the April 2001 trip, however – just months before the 9-11 attacks - Rohrabacher met privately with Taliban Foreign Minister Mullah Wakil Ahmed Muttawakil. Wakil on the fringes of the conference, which Norquist and Saffuri also attended. “ “If Rohrabacher was conducting diplomacy, he was in violation of the Logan Act, which prohibits citizens from doing so if not in an official capacity. Rohrabacher told wire service reporters who were present in Doha, Qatar at the time that he had discussed a “peace plan” with the Taliban.” “Rohrabacher actually has had a history of involvement in Afghanistan dating back to the Cold War, when he and Negroponte and BCCI along with Khashoggi and Mahfouz openly supported and funded the groups that were fighting troops from the Soviet Union in Afghanistan. These groups including fighters under the command of Osama bin Laden, as well as some groups that would later coalesce into the Taliban regime. “ But Rohrabacher has just been following in the footsteps of his Iran-Contra and BCCI buddy and Saudi mentor, Adnan Khashoggi. Briley PART II of a TWO PART SERIES Negroponte and Rohrabacher Should Be Investigated and Removed The Basics on Jack Abramoff’s Relations with Rohrabacher and Terror Backers Rohrabacher has been a very close friend of now-convicted lobbyist Jack Abramoff since the mid-1980s. When Jack Abramoff applied for a $60 million loan to purchase SunCruz casino ships, he listed Rep. Dana Rohrabacher (R-CA) as a reference. Abramoff has since pled guilty to wire and mail fraud and conspiracy in connection with the loan. Also see Top Ten Things You Never Knew About Jack Abramoff In December 2005, Rohrabacher defended Abramoff, telling the Washington Post: " Words like bribery are being used to describe things that happened every day in Washington and are not bribes." In March 2006, following Abramoff's guilty plea of fraud in the SunCruz case, Rohrabacher was the sole member of Congress who wrote the judge in the case to urge leniency in sentencing. But while living in Venice Florida, 9/11 hiajcker Mohammed Atta gambled at Abramoff’s SunCruz casino right up until 9/5/2001 just 6 days before 9/11. He may also have gambled at the nearby “Vegas in Venus” Casino run by Makram Chams, the Khashoggi associate and benefactor for hijackers Atta and AlShehhi described in Part I of this article under “The Basics on Negroponte.” Rohrabacher’s friend Jack Abramoff has also cultivated relationships with Islamic terrorist financiers connected to Osama Bin Laden such as Khashoggi and Mahfouz back to the time of the Iran-Contra and BCCI scandals. In the 1980's, Abramoff "joined Citizens for America (CFA), a group that helped Oliver North build support for the Nicaraguan contras." Dana Rohrabacher, Grover Norquist and Jack Abramoff were key fundraisers for Citizens for America (CFA): Abramoff did PR work for a Saudi billionaire named Saleh Abdullah Kamel. whose company, Dallah Avco, made extensive payments to al-Bayoumi the Saudi who paid rent for the 9/11 hijackers lodging in San Diego. The other 9/11 hijacker funders and associates of Negroponte and Rohrabacher, Khalid Mahfouz, Adnan Khashoggi, all knew and worked with Saleh Kamel who was chairman of the General Council for Islamic Banks. Yet none of this was adequately brought out in the 9/11 Commission or 9/11 Congressional hearings. Negroponte and Rohrabacher are Islamophiles As DNI Negroponte will not be effective in stopping terrorist groups INSIDE the US if he remains an Islamophile, a blinded apologist for Islamic ideology, who believes and says what he did in the aftermath of 9/11 to The International Symposium of World Religious Leaders : “We know that the war we wage is not a battle against Islam. We also know that the terrorists' crimes do not represent an attack on the United States by Islam.” ”Islam’s great leaders and scholars tell us otherwise, and our own history and experience tell us otherwise. There are over 1200 mosques and two million Muslims in the United States. We helped defend Muslims in Kuwait.” “The people to whom facts matter - in this case, the people who are friends and admirers of Islam - must make the effort to ensure that the facts are heard.” ”We therefore must be prepared to repeat again and again the real truth: there is no division between the U.S. and Islam.” Negroponte needs to check with the Pentagon that has released several reports describing Islam as THE problem in the war on terror. See Pentagon Study: Islam Itself the Problem and Suicide bombers follow Quran, concludes Pentagon briefing Even if Negroponte really does not believe what he is saying about Islam to world religious leaders, he still is doing a disservice to the American people by misleading the public about the true intentions of Islam. Negroponte is the proponent for intentionally not adequately moving against tens of thousands of KNOWN AlFuqra, AlAaeda, Hamas and Hezbollah terrorist operating currently in an underground terror railroad network in US businesses, universities and radical Wahhabbist mosques funded by Negroponte’s 9/11 backing Saudi billionaire friends like Mahfouz, Kamel and Khassogi -many of the “1200 mosques and 2 million members of Islam” that Negroponte spoke of in his propaganda speech on Islam cited above. Negroponte must be disregarding the September 9, 2006 testimony by Frank Gaffney to the House International Relations Subcommittee on Terrorism. Gaffney told the House subcommittee that Islam ahs established a fifth column of terrorists inside the US. Gaffney, who is the Director of the Center for Security Policy, once was a Deputy Secretary of Defense for President Reagan. Negroponte is responsible for keeping AlFuqra terrorists in the US and in Pakistan off the US terror list even though AlFuqra has been running training camps all over the US for twenty years. AlFuqra Is Responsible for More US Terror Attacks Than all other Terror Groups Combined. Some AlFuqra terrorists, like AlQaeda terrorists, are today blow back terrorists that were once trained by Negroponte and Rohrabacher backed programs (and the CIA) to fight against the Soviets in Afghanistan in the 1980s. Negroponte did not order FBI Robert Mueller to move against KNOWN ALQaeda sleepers in the US when Mueller refused to take action on a list of 1000 AlQaeda in the US given to Mueller by the CIA. See London plot not Osama's encore; PREPARING BIGGER STRIKE IN U.S. Mueller’s refusal is not surprising since Mueller is also close friends with the same Wahhabbist, 9/11 backing Saudi billionaires, Mahfouz and Khashoggi. Mueller was deeply involved as a DOJ attorney in covering up for HW Bush the CIA, Khashoggi and Mahfouz criminal involvement in BCCI. Negroponte is also the architect of the policy to brainwash an indoctrinate members of the FBI, CIA, DHS, border patrol, immigration, and military members in Islam with the help of Islam terror front, CAIR, the Council on American Islamic relations. The brainwashing sessions falsely say that Islamic jihad is a war against sin rather than a war against all religions that do not convert to Islam. As demonstrated earlier in PART I of this article, Negroponte’s friend and defender, Congressman Dana Rohrabacher, is also an Islamophile who courts Islamic extremist leaders and monies with his Muslim extremist fundraiser, Khaled Saffuri. Rohrabacher even mistaken believes that Israel commits act of terrorism against civilians as a matter of policy. In a heated May 2, 2002 exchange with conservative talk show host Alan Keyes Rohrabacher mistakenly insisted that targeting civilians “was standard operating procedure of the Israeli army for years of occupation,” when in fact the Israelis have consistently sought to spare civilians even at the price of the lives of their own soldiers, Rohrabacher reiterated his belief that “both sides have committed terrorism.” Rohrabacher has scheduled a one-day hearing on the foreign connections to the OKC bombing for November 2006. Even if Rohrabacher was “had” or taken in by Negroponte and his Saudi, and Islamic terror backing friends, it impossible for Rohrabacher to be trusted by the public to hold objective, impartial hearings to explore the involvement of Islamic terrorists in the OKC bombing, especially since some of them like Melvin Lattimore (Black Muslim, AlFuqra member whose name is Mujahid Abduldadir Menepta) are also tied to 9/11. See 14 Islamic Terror Suspects Identified in OKC Bombing Rohrabacher once served as vice-chairman of the House Task Force on Terrorism and Unconventional warfare in 1994-1996 (James Saxton of New Jersey was the Chairman) while his friend and associate Negroponte was ambassador to the Philippines. But during his tenure Rohrabacher was made aware of a warning of a pending Islamic attack on the OKC Murrah Federal building using “two lily whites” (McVeigh and Nichols) by his director, Youseff Bodansky, in memos starting in February, and March 1995. So now we know that Rohrabacher believed he not only had warning about the 9/11 attacks but also about the OKC bombing! Recall also from PART I of this article that Rohrabacher’s friend Negroponte also learned of the OKC bombing and the 9/11 plot plans in 1994 while he was ambassador to the Philippines monitoring the meetings of Terry Nichols with Ramzi Yousef, Khalid Mohammed and Abu Sayef. In fact, given Rohrabacher’s involvement with those associated with 9/11 and the OKC bombing, Rohrabacher should not hold his own hearings and instead be available himself for questioning by law enforcement. Rohrabacher should himself be the subject of Congressional hearings investigating him. Sorry to say, but any Rohrabacher investigation of the 1995 OKC and 9/11 attacks will be perceived by those who know the facts of these cases as the “political fox guarding the chicken coop” to whitewash and prevent embarrassing and potentially damaging questions being asked of himself, Bodansky and Negroponte. In fact, Negroponte should be called and asked to testify at any future meaningful hearings on the 1995 OKC bombing and the 9/11 attacks about what Negroponte learned while he served as ambassador to the Philippines in 1993-1996. Negroponte and Rohrabacher are Communist Chinese Enablers A disturbing situation also exists with regard to Rohrabacher’s and Negroponte’s actions and policies with respect to Communist China, the world’s leading backer of terrorist nations like Iran and North Korea, and the leading backer of Islamic terrorist groups like Hezbollah and AlQaeda. Rohrabacher did not adequately attempt to stop the takeover of Long Beach port in his own state by the Chinese Communists who smuggled missiles and AK47 rifles through the port according to the FBI. Rohrabacher recently assisted Chertoff in a visit to the Long Beach port. Negroponte was involved with Chertoff in making the decision to award the Chinese Communists the US contract to monitor for nuclear materials US shipping containers destined for US ports and to have the terrorist nation, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), run major US port facilities. Recall from Part I of this article that it was the UAE that Negroponte associate Adnan Khasoggi used to funnel monies to the 9/11 hijacker Mohammed Atta. Negroponte as a member of a global Greek shipping family has long been involved in global trade by land and sea with the Communist Chinese. Negroponte headed up the task force from 1996-1997 that negotiated transfer of Panama Canal for Chinese takeover by Hutchinson Whampoa. COSCO, the Communist Chinese sea and land shipping company is already operating at US ports and interstate highways thanks to the efforts of Negroponte. Negroponte has overseen negotiations and is helping direct implementation of the North American Union, (NAU), the NAU super highway, FFTA, CAFTA, and NAFT starting when he was ambassador to Mexico 1989-1993 and the lead US negotiator for the NAFTA sellout. See Bush Promotes China’s [COSCO] and UAE’s Terror Access to US Ports Negroponte was in on the recent decision to not have the Pentagon inform the public about the Chinese military shooting disabling laser bursts at US satellites. The reason given to not tell the public was a concern that the disclosure would harm the use of Communist China as a US partner in the war on terror and in nuclear negotiations with North Korea and Iran. This is reason is disingenuous, preposterous and absurd because China is openly backing Iran and North Korea with nuclear and ballistic missile technology and also using 3000 espionage agents in the US to steal US nuclear and missile secrets. Important members of Negroponte’s DNI office, Lonnie Henley and Nancy Tucker, were recently heavily involved in helping a convicted Chinese spy and Pentagon analyst, Ronald Montaperto, get an extremely light and reduced sentence for espionage activities damaging to the US. Negroponte was in on the decision to have the FBI and other US intelligence and law enforcement agencies to stand down earlier this year rather than go after Communist Chinese and North Korean agents operating and committing violence against US citizens INSIDE the US. Good info on Negroponte and I was unaware of Congressman Dana Rohrabacher's participation and relationship with Jack Abramoff. However, these details are just part of a larger conspiracy. Al-CIAda has been working hand-in-glove with those behind the 9/11 New Pearl Harbor event, written about back in the 90s by PNAC. Further, the process of transformation, even if it brings revolutionary change, is likely to be a long one, absent some catastrophic and catalyzing event – like a new Pearl Harbor.

I think some well intentioned gov't fairy tale believers say it can't be a conspiracy, that no one could cover up something this big. This is just more proof that you don't actually have to cover up very much. If people don't want to believe something, they won't, no matter how much evidence you provide. You could point to their soaking wet clothes and the rain falling on their head, and if they don't want to believe it's raining, you'll never convince them.
