I don't really have a problem with someone who wants to know who I am. But is that really the purpose behind the effort to identify everyone? Or is it an attempt to identify the STATUS of everyone "in the world" and everyone "of the world"? Is there a difference? And if so then what is the final purpose of all this? Jesus talked a great deal about being "in the world" but not "of the world". The many words translated into "world" from the original Greek text are easily defined and Jesus was not talking about the planet in these verses but something very specific. The word 'world' in these quotes meant "the constitutional order or system of government" and was from a Greek word 'komizo' meaning 'to take care of, provide for'. The Israelites went into bondage to the Pharaoh because they could not care for themselves. Most nations go deeper into bondage under the governments they create because they become increasingly dependent upon such governments and their offered benefits. As "citizens entitled" they become "subject citizens". What this means is that people of the world are little more than what Peter calls merchandise, local governments call human resources, or as the GAO calls them "Human Capital". http://www.gao.gov/new.items/d041063sp.pdf Are they numbering their property? Once we understand the context of Christ's statements we can look into the identification of Jesus disciples with the name of the Father rather than the name of another father on earth. Of course Jesus is not talking about your natural Fathers. "While I was with them in the world, I kept them in thy name: those that thou gavest me I have kept..."John 17:12 Call no man on earth Father http://www.hisholychurch.net/sermon/fatherabba.html Once we understand the mystery surrounding the use of terms like 'world', 'Father', and 'name', we can move on to answer more practical questions as to what can we do about this trend today of greater dependence upon a government as a benefactor who exercises authority. That is an issue we are dealing with here at His Church on a daily basis. People are seeking answers and to find those answers we need to do some studying and make an effort to move forward with what we have already learned in the hope and expectation of learning more. One such person is David Alan Carmichael. He recently sent this message to me: The Idaho Supreme Court refused to review an Idaho Court of Appeals ruling that Section 666 of the Federal Social Security Code (42 USC §666) preempts Idaho's Free Exercise of Religion Act (FERA). Section 666 'appears' to mandate that every State force everyone to identify with a SSN in order to obtain a professional, occupational, recreational, driver's or marriage license. The Appellant, Larry Lewis, his associate David Alan Carmichael, and their lawyer Dr. Herbert W. Titus, all intend to do something about it. Some people, like Larry Lewis in Idaho, are prohibited from identifying with a national identification number on the basis of their religion. Revelation, Chapter 13, of the Bible warns of a beast that requires every person to identify with a number in order to engage in livelihood. This question can be debated endlessly. Perhaps more important is the truth that the Mark of God and the Mark of the Beast, both mentioned in the Bible, first have a spiritual reality that we should learn to understand. Every aspect of our lives is being tied to that number and membership in this scheme of social security offered to the people by government. That system is remarkably similar to the system of Corban offered by the Pharisees in they days of Christ's ministry. Jesus said that system 'made the word of God to none effect'. Mark 7:7-9 There is no law requiring you to obtain that number but there are more and more laws saying you may not participate in any regulated activity unless you choose to obtain that number. Can we get a democracy, deeply in debt, morally bankrupt, and controlled by an untouchable elite, to relent in this demand? Is there another way to go, to live, to be? Is this other way more like the way of Christ practiced by the early Christians? Since this was almost the identical situation in Judea and the Roman Empire centuries ago, we must ask, "Did Christ have a plan?" We had already written the book "The Covenants of the gods" which outlined the purpose behind such bills and laws in relationship to governments, both past and present, with constant references to Biblical texts in their historical context. In the book Thy Kingdom Comes we reveal the difference between what Abraham, Moses and Jesus were doing and teaching to free and redeem the people and what we have been taught and told to do by ministers today. The state of the Church today has been most instrumental in the deliverance of people into the very bondage that Abraham, Moses and Jesus came to deliver us from. Their true mission was to redeem and emancipate the people from authoritarian benefactors under the perfect law of liberty. In fact Abraham, Moses and Jesus pointed to the very solution we need to know, understand and implement in our lives today. The second book will be a reference appendix that has already exceeded the size of the original book and is not yet available on the net to the general public by us, although the information is out there. While much of this appendix is based on US laws there is an overwhelming similarity in the laws of countries all around the world, a consistency that can only be a part of a plan. We have shared much of this material with our working ministers and functioning congregations and will be releasing it as we finish this work. I don't think God is going to get too upset if you get the number of the beast in order to survive. I think it's metaphorical, and that you shouldn't view Satan as your master in heaven. Money is a material thing. It's of the earth, and in order to be able to live on this earth, the powers that be want to make sure you stay a slave to their materialism. When you die, you can't take that material wealth with you, and the lust for that material wealth can be your master. I don't think taking the number of the beast will be 666. It will be something like having a credit card, or an implanted chip. When that day comes, I seriously doubt that it will change things for the poor, as they will always have barter to work with.
What you are saying, Tommy, is that you can be a little bit pregnant. I know a lot of people who do just fine without a Social Security number.... like myself. Have not used one in more than 20 years. Money is a storage device; paper is not. You use money, in its real sense, as a barter item in bartering your stored time for other items. If you study what Brother Gregory has put together in this post, the only conclusion is that Social Security is the numbering system of the beast. Please, tell me something else that the people in more than 170 nations use together? Oh, and then explain to me how the Axis of Evil nations, named as such by Bushie, are the only nations that do not belong to Social Security? And, explain to me how it is, as is noted in this post, the REMARKABLE simularity of ALL national laws around the globe? IN EVERY NATION ON THE FACE OF THE EARTH? Including in China and Russia. How is that, Tommy?
How do you go about doing that?? And how has it effected your daily life?
the system has made it where it's damn near impossible to earn a decent living without a number. i know several people who don't have one and every one of them is struggling financially and in other ways. it takes a lot of courage and personal sacrifice to live like that.
