The United States of America is rapidly becoming a faceless, cultureless place with no soul or sense of self. Our culture is being watered down by a new generation of immigrants, both legal and illegal, who refuse to assimilate into our society - and they're aided and abetted by elements within our own borders. Our sovereignty is for sale to the highest bidder, and our future has been mortgaged to foreign nations.

Our troubles are rooted in a variety of sources.

Impoverished illegal immigrants are streaming across our border with Mexico. While the vast majority of these people are only seeking work, a disturbingly large percentage of them were criminals before they violated our immigration laws. Murder and thievery by illegal immigrants (including the recent death of a US soldier just back from Iraq) are rampant in several states. While the federal government has taken a few stuttering steps toward border security, it has been far outpaced by the continuing influx of illegals.

Illegal immigration costs Americans jobs, holds wages down and creates numerous safety and security concerns. To put mildly, those concerns are not being properly addressed. Most illegal immigrants have no interest in learning our language, paying taxes or doing anything at all that benefits the nation. They take, but they rarely give anything in return. Simply put, they're parasites.

Authorities in counties along our border with Mexico have found irrefutable evidence that Muslim terrorists are entering our country from Mexico. There has been relatively little news coverage of this situation, and I find this fact amazing in a post-911 environment. One would think we'd regard this as an outright invasion.

Some would argue that the Bush Administration is taking positive steps to secure our border. Bush did after all sign a bill to build a fence on a whopping one third of our porous southern border. Keep in mind that as of this writing, funding for the fence is still in question.

And if Bush, in his infinite wisdom, is so determined to secure our borders, then why is he so eagerly pursuing a globalist agenda that would convert the USA into a state within a North American Union? You'd think that the rapidly disintegrating European Union would give him cause to pause on this issue. Bush has instead continued to move forward with his dream of open borders with Mexico and Canada. A unified currency, referred to by some as the "Amero" may also be in the works.

There are many reasons why our southern border has become such a multi-pronged thorn in our side. Both Republicans and Democrats are enamored with the Hispanic vote. The GOP knows that even with the growth of the black middle class, it'll never garner enough black votes to be a factor in an election. Republicans in general and Bush in particular see poor Hispanic immigrants as a source of cheap labor for American businesses, and many legal Hispanics regard any effort to enforce our immigration laws as being racist. With a significant minority of centrists and conservatives seeking alternatives to the Republican Party (as evidenced in the recent election), the GOP is hungry for voters.

Democrats have been courting the Hispanic vote for years. While there is a significant conservative element within the Hispanic community, the majority of Hispanic voters vote Democrat. And, with blacks gaining ground in terms of home and business ownership, the possibility of a rightward political shift, however slight, in the black community is a frightening prospect for Democrats who have for decades taken the black vote for granted.

Why else would so many liberals oppose definitive reform of the voting process? Why would liberals object to the notion of photo-identification to verify a person's right to vote? All the while, the Left screams about voter fraud while making certain that anyone can vote - legally or otherwise - as long as they're voting Democrat.

The two major political parties are deeply engaged in a power struggle. What we see on the news is most likely the tip of a much larger iceberg. The continual leftward drift of our government, regardless of which party is in power, is a strong indication that a larger agenda lies buried beneath the surface. The parties may be locked in a struggle for control, but I suspect that struggle to be more about perks and donations than ideology. The plethora of scandals involving money-grubbing politicians and lobbyists is a good indication that I'm correct in this assumption.

Speaking of money, how did we reach a point in which foreign interests own more of our national debt than we do? In 1995, foreign nations owned twenty-five percent of our national debt. That number now stands at fifty-three percent. This makes our economy more vulnerable than ever to foreign interests who on a whim might decide to take a shot at crashing our economy.

Add to this the fact that the Bush Administration and a number of state governments believe it's just fine and dandy for foreign interests to own and/or operate American highways. I don't object to foreign investment, but some things - like our infrastructure - should be off-limits to foreign ownership.

There is no greater example of America's growing dependency on foreign interests than our hunger for imported oil. Thanks largely to Bush's ill-conceived plan to Americanize Iraq, we are now faced with the prospect of Iran positioning itself to control the export of Arab oil. If we fail in Iraq, if we leave Iraq without a strong, America-friendly government in that war-torn nation, Iran will be quick to move in and take control. Saddam needed to be ousted, but surely there must have been a better way.

Subject: Information on Certain Illegal Aliens Arrested in the United States:

The former Immigration and Naturalization Service estimated that as of January 2000 the total unauthorized immigrant population residing in the United States was 7 million.[Footnote 1] This total includes those who entered the United States illegally and those who entered legally but overstayed their authorized period of stay. A more recent study estimated that there were about 10 million illegal aliens living in the United States as of March 2005.[Footnote 2] The study estimated that nearly 700,000 aliens entered the United States illegally or overstayed their authorized period of stay each year between 2000 and 2004. Some illegal aliens in the United States have been arrested and incarcerated in federal and state prisons and local jails, adding to already overcrowded prisons and jails.

On April 7, 2005, we issued a report on criminal aliens[Footnote 3] that were incarcerated in federal and state prisons and local jails.[Footnote 4] Our report contained information on the number of criminal aliens incarcerated, their country of citizenship or country of birth, and the cost to incarcerate them. You also requested that we provide information on the criminal history of aliens incarcerated in federal and state prisons or local jails who had entered the country illegally. For a population of aliens that entered the country illegally and were incarcerated in federal or state prisons or local jails, this report addresses the following questions:

* How many times have they been arrested?

* How many and what type of criminal offenses have they been arrested for?

* What states were they arrested in?

To obtain information to answer these objectives, we identified a population of 55,322 aliens that the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in the Department of Homeland Security determined, based upon information in its immigration databases, had entered the country illegally and were still illegally in the country at the time of their incarceration in federal or state prison or local jail during fiscal year 2003. We then analyzed selected data contained in the criminal history record, commonly referred to as the rap sheet, of these illegal aliens maintained within the Federal Bureau of Investigation's (FBI) Integrated Automated Fingerprint Identification System (IAFIS).[Footnote 5] To assess the reliability of immigration databases used to make the determination about an alien's legal status, we discussed internal control processes for ensuring data quality with responsible ICE staff and found the data to be reliable for purposes of this report. To assess the reliability of IAFIS data, we discussed the data collection methods and internal control processes for ensuring data quality with responsible FBI staff and reviewed relevant policies and procedures. IAFIS may not contain all of the arrests for the illegal aliens in our study population since seven states report only their first arrest to the FBI. Subsequent arrest data is available only from the state's criminal history record system. While the magnitude of any undercount is unknown, we found that the data we used for our analyses were sufficiently reliable for the purposes of this report.

Several things should be noted regarding our analysis. First, an arrest does not necessarily result in a prosecution or a conviction. Second, our analysis is limited to the aliens that ICE determined to have entered the United States illegally. Third, since all arrests for an individual may not be recorded in IAFIS, our data represent the minimum number of arrests for these illegal aliens. Last, our analysis is not designed to infer conclusions about the arrest history of other illegal aliens not in our study population who entered the country illegally and have been arrested.

In April, we discussed with your offices the results of our work. This report conveys the information provided during those discussions (see encl. I).

We performed our work from October 2004 through May 2005 in accordance with generally accepted government auditing standards. Further details on our scope and methodology, including how we selected the illegal aliens in our study population, are discussed in enclosure II.

Results:

The briefing slides in enclosure I address each of our three questions. In summary, for our study population of 55,322 illegal aliens, we found that:

* They were arrested at least a total of 459,614 times, averaging about 8 arrests per illegal alien. Nearly all had more than 1 arrest. Thirty- eight percent (about 21,000) had between 2 and 5 arrests, 32 percent (about 18,000) had between 6 and 10 arrests, and 26 percent (about 15,000) had 11 or more arrests. Most of the arrests occurred after 1990.

* They were arrested for a total of about 700,000 criminal offenses, averaging about 13 offenses per illegal alien. One arrest incident may include multiple offenses, a fact that explains why there are nearly one and half times more offenses than arrests.[Footnote 6] Almost all of these illegal aliens were arrested for more than 1 offense. Slightly more than half of the 55,322 illegal aliens had between 2 and 10 offenses. About 45 percent of all offenses were drug or immigration offenses. About 15 percent were property-related offenses such as burglary, larceny-theft, motor vehicle theft, and property damage. About 12 percent were for violent offenses such as murder, robbery, assault, and sex-related crimes. The balance was for such other offenses as traffic violations, including driving under the influence; fraud--including forgery and counterfeiting; weapons violations; and obstruction of justice.

* Eighty percent of all arrests occurred in three states--California, Texas, and Arizona. Specifically, about 58 percent of all arrests occurred in California, 14 percent in Texas, and 8 percent in Arizona.

Our hunger for foreign oil is more accurately described as the Elitists hunger to control foreign oil and foreign affairs.

I think the National Debt is a greater example. When foreigners "OWN" more of the country than its citizens ... how do you insist they ignore their investment ? And while you may not hear a congress creep admit it, a devalued dollar will go farther towards purchases in the U.S. than anywhere else since others are in some instances refusing to even be paid in dollars. That's why we see the Toll Roads, Ports and Bio-spheres being acquired by foreign interests.

When I'm elected President I'll redeem America's "good faith" by writing a rubber check in the amount of all debt owed by the U.S. and attack the banking interests internationally to recover the gold that's been stolen.

It’s The High Cost of Illegal Aliens & Anchor Babies Stupid!

The following is a letter to all Nevada officials, who were elected to protect, and serve Nevadans. To: All Executive, Judicial and Legislative branches at all City, County, State and Federal government levels elected to serve and protect Nevadans: Medical Attorney Dr. Madeleine Cosman, Ph. D., Esq. a friend of mine, recently shared the following information with me, and several others at a meeting one evening. It scared the hell out of me, as a chill went down my spine, and I hope it does you as well.

Cristobal Silverio emigrated illegally from Mexico to Stockton, Calif., in 1997 to work as a fruit picker.

He brought with him his wife, Felipa, and three children, 19, 12 and 8 – all illegals. When Felipa gave birth to her fourth child, daughter Flor, the family had what is referred to as an “anchor baby”(a.k.a. “jackpot baby) – an American citizen by birth who provided the entire Silverio clan a ticket to remain in the U.S. permanently.

But Flor was born premature, spent three months in the neonatal incubator and cost the San Joaquin Hospital more than $300,000. Meanwhile, oldest daughter Lourdes married an illegal alien gave birth to a daughter, too. Her name is Esmeralda. And Felipa had yet another child, Cristian.

The two Silverio anchor babies generate $1,000 per month in public welfare funding for the family. Flor gets $600 a month for asthma. Healthy Cristian gets $400. While the Silverio’s earned $18,000 last year picking fruit, they picked up another $12,000 for their two “anchor babies.” (a.k.a. “jackpot babies) While President Bush says the U.S. needs more “cheap labor” from south of the border to do jobs Americans aren’t willing to do, the case of the Silverio’s shows there are indeed uncalculated costs involved in the importation of such labor – public support and uninsured medical costs. In fact, the increasing number of illegal aliens coming into the United States is forcing the closure of hospitals, spreading previously vanquished diseases and threatening to destroy America’s prized health-care system, says a report in the spring issue of the Journal of American Physicians and Surgeons.

“The influx of illegal aliens has serious hidden medical consequences,” writes Madeleine Pelner Cosman, author of the report. “We judge reality primarily by what we see. But what we do not see can be more dangerous, more expensive, and more deadly than what is seen.” According to her study, 84 California hospitals are closing their doors as a direct result of the rising number of illegal aliens and their non-reimbursed tax on the system.

How many hospitals in Nevada will have to close before any of you do something? “Anchor babies,” the author writes, “born to illegal aliens (through a terrible miscarriage of justice and actual intent of the 14th Amendment FOR SLAVE CHLDREN ONLY AFTER THE CIVIL WAR) instantly qualify as citizens for welfare benefits and have caused enormous rises in Medicaid costs and stipends under Supplemental Security Income and Disability Income.” In addition, the report says, “many illegal aliens harbor fatal diseases that American medicine fought and vanquished long ago, such as drug-resistant tuberculosis, malaria, leprosy, plague, polio, dengue, and Chagas disease.” (a.k.a. WMD’s) While politicians often mention there are 43 million without health insurance in this country, the report estimates that at least 25 percent of those are illegal immigrants. The figure could be as high as 50 percent. Not being insured does not mean they don’t get medical care. Under the Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act of 1985, hospitals are obligated to treat the uninsured without reimbursement.

“Government imposes viciously stiff fines and penalties on any physician and any hospital refusing to treat any patient that a zealous prosecutor deems an emergency patient, even though the hospital or physician screened and declared the patient’s illness or injury non-emergency,” says the report. “But government pays neither hospital nor physician for treatments.”” In addition to the fiscal attack on medical facilities and personnel, EMTALA is a handy truncheon with which to pummel politically unpopular physicians by falsely accusing them of violating EMTALA.”

According to the report, between 1993 and 2003, 60 California hospitals closed because half their services became unpaid. Another 24 California hospitals verge on closure, the author writes. “American hospitals welcome ‘anchor babies,’” says the report. “Illegal alien women come to the hospital in labor and drop their little anchors, each of whom pulls its illegal alien mother, father, and siblings into permanent residency simply by being born within our borders. Anchor babies are citizens, and instantly qualify for public welfare aid: Between 300,000 and 350,000 anchor babies annually become citizens because of the Fourteenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution:

“All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and the State wherein they reside.” This is either erroneously, or maliciously being misapplied, as it was written only for the children of slaves in a post Civil War measure for that time and period only. This was not written for someone (a woman) in the commission of a crime (entering our country illegally).

Among the organizations directing illegal aliens into America’s medical systems, according to the report, are the Ford Foundation-funded Mexican American Legal Defense and Education Fund, the National Immigration Law Center, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association’s Commission on Immigration Policy, Practice, and Pro Bono, the Immigrant Legal Resource Center, the National Council of La Raza, George Soros’s Open Society Institute, the Migration Policy Institute, the National Network for Immigration and Refugee Rights and the Southern Poverty Law Center. Because drug addiction and alcoholism are classified as diseases and disabilities, the fiscal toll on the health-care system rises. When Linda Torres was arrested in Bakersfield, Calif., with about $8,500 in small bills in a sack, the police originally thought it was stolen money, explained the report.

It was her Social Security lump sum for her disability — heroin addiction. “Today, legal immigrants must demonstrate that they are free of communicable diseases and drug addiction to qualify for lawful permanent residency green cards,” writes Cosman, a medical lawyer, who formerly taught medical students at the City University of New York. “Illegal aliens simply cross our borders medically unexamined, hiding in their bodies any number of communicable diseases.” Many illegals entering this country have tuberculosis, according to the report. “That disease had largely disappeared from America, thanks to excellent hygiene and powerful modern drugs such as isoniazid and rifampin,” says the report. “TB’s swift, deadly return now is lethal for about 60 percent of those infected because of new Multi-Drug Resistant Tuberculosis. Until recently MDR-TB was endemic to Mexico. This Mycobacterium tuberculosis is resistant to at least two major anti-tubercular drugs.

Ordinary TB usually is cured in six months with four drugs that cost about $2,000. MDR-TB takes 24 months with many expensive drugs that cost around $250,000 with toxic side effects. Each illegal with MDR-TB coughs and infects 10 to 30 people, who will not show symptoms immediately. Latent disease explodes later. TB was virtually absent in Virginia until in 2002, when it spiked a 17 percent increase, but Prince William County, just south of Washington, D.C., had a much larger rise of 188 percent. Public health officials blamed immigrants. In 2001 the Indiana School of Medicine studied an outbreak of MDR-TB, and traced it to Mexican illegal aliens The Queens, New York, health department attributed 81 percent of new TB cases in 2001 to immigrants.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention ascribed 42 percent of all new TB cases to ‘foreign born’ people who have up to eight times higher incidences apparently, 66 percent of all TB cases coming to America originate in Mexico, the Philippines and Vietnam.” Other health threats from illegals include, according to the report: • Chagas disease, also called American trypanosomiasis or “kissing bug disease,” is transmitted by the reduviid bug, which prefers to bite the lips and face.

The protozoan parasite that it carries, Trypanosoma cruzi, infects 18 million people annually in Latin America and causes 50,000 deaths. The disease also infiltrates America’s blood supply. Chagas affects blood transfusions and transplanted organs. No cure exists. Hundreds of blood recipients may be silently infected.
• Leprosy, also known as Hansen’s disease, was so rare in America that in 40 years only 900 people were afflicted. Suddenly, in the past three years America has more than 7,000 cases of leprosy. Leprosy now is endemic to northeastern states because illegal aliens and other immigrants brought leprosy from India, Brazil, the Caribbean and Mexico.
• Dengue fever is exceptionally rare in America, though common in Ecuador, Peru, Vietnam, Thailand, Bangladesh, Malaysia and Mexico. Recently, according to the report, there was a virulent outbreak of dengue fever in Webb County, Texas, which borders Mexico. Though dengue is usually not a fatal disease, dengue hemorrhagic fever routinely kills.
• Polio was eradicated from America, but now reappears in illegal immigrants as do intestinal parasites, says the report.
• Malaria was obliterated, but now is re-emerging in Texas. The Journal of American Physicians and Surgeons report includes a strong prescription for protecting the health of Americans:
• Closing America’s borders with fences, hightech security devices and troops.
• Rescinding the U.S. citizenship of “anchor babies.”
• Punishing the aiding and abetting of illegal aliens as a crime.

An end to amnesty programs.
The question for all of you, elected to serve, in the Executive, Judicial and Legislative branches in our city, county, state and federal government levels, how are you going to protect your very own families (children & grandchildren), if you can’t protect Nevadans? We all breathe the same air! If after reading this letter, now knowing, it’s the high cost of illegal aliens & anchor babies, and you do nothing, then what Ezola Foster said is true, when she said, “It is a sad day in America (and Nevada), when the Law-makers side with the Lawbreakers, against law abiding citizens.” If nothing is done immediately, I will encourage everyone to vote to pass “The Incumbent Removal Act of 2006” and vote you out, because your actions (or should I say lack of) speaks louder than words (your empty campaign promises).
