Reports show that the FBI lied about Waco. The FBI denied using tear gas until a memo was found and they were forced to admit it. The FBI then confiscated all autopsy reports of victims at Waco and now claims they lost it. In addition, the FBI lied about Ruby Ridge, Idaho, forcing Congress to give $5 million to the Weaver family to cover up their lies. Lies, cover-ups, murder, over 90 Americans killed at Waco and Ruby Ridge and not one single charge.

Beam me up. The Congress of the United States is allowing a police state to exist in our own country. Shame, Congress. Lies, murder, Waco, Ruby Ridge, Boston. You name the cities. I yield back the crimes and cover-ups of the Gestapo state that has developed in America at the United States Justice Department.

Oddness...

There zero/zilch/zip references to this speech through Google. I searched on two strings:

Your search - " Reports show that the FBI lied about Waco" - did not match any documents.

Your search - "The Congress of the United States is allowing a police state to exist in our own country" - did not match any documents.

But a search on Clusty yielded two hits, one being a link to a Free Republic thread from 2000 from 'knowquest' on the topic:

A Gestapo State

"Traficant at it again. It seems someone up there knows what is going on.

[Considering Traficant said this on May 16, I did a search on FreeRepublic and didnt see it posted anywhere.]"

Maybe that it's not on Google isn't so odd. Watching Google for the past couple of years has made it plain that the PTB are doing their damnedest to sanitize the web. That Traficant is in jail after making these kinds of speeches only gives credence to his words on the corrupt and wicked nature of the rats' and vipers' nest that is Washington, DC.

This post on a game forum by one of JT's constituents:

Jul 27 2002

Since you are all on the subject of the Honorable James A. Traficant Jr., I feel I need to speak out. You all may wonder where I disappeared to in the past few weeks, well I have been busy getting the word out about my beloved congressman. Yes folks I live in Ohio and yes I voted for this man time and time again. He is a great man and a true patriot, and I am completely outraged that your congressmen have chosen to rip up my vote and flush it down the toilet.

I have quite a bit to say so please forgive the length of this post.

First off I would like to reply to Last Emperor who calls my congressman a nut case. First of all he is completely sane, as a matter of fact in his court case in Cleveland he plead "Innocent by reason of Sanity" LOL. You obviously have no facts on this man or what he has done for all of us in the past 18 years. So I will dismiss your crack as sheer ignorance.

CJ, Alpine, Zippo. Thank you for support of him it is very much appreciated. I was afraid that the rest of the country (world) thought of him as a total crack pot but now I have hope.

You seem to like him because he spoke out about the IRS but it goes much deeper than that. It is true he reformed the IRS by shifting the burden of proof from the taxpayer over to the government and we should all be thankful for this. In one years time IRS home seizures fell from over 10,000 down to 57, simply by making the taxpayer innocent until proven guilty. That is a 94% drop and if you dont think the IRS is pissed, think again. Also, he has been trying to completely abolish the IRS in recent years.

For Last Emperor or anyone else who has not followed this mans case or career I have some facts you may find interesting. First off, 2 government entities are responsible for investigating this man, the IRS and the Justice Dept. As stated above you can see why the IRS was after him and below you will read why the Justice Dept. wanted him out.

Fact: With over 1,000 pieces of evidence there is not one single fingerprint of this man on any of it. Including letters, memos, envelopes, and money.

Fact: There is no video or audio tape evidence. All evidence was heresay. We all know the FBI is inept, but dont be fooled into thinking they have no video or audio of him, of course they do it just doesnt show him doing anything illegal and they know it.

Fact: His trial was moved out of his district illegally for one purpose, they knew we would have let him go. When have you ever heard of a case being moved to give an advantage to the prosecution instead of the defense?

Fact: In the year 2000 census Ohio's population decreased, meaning we would lose one congressional district. Can you all guess who's district was removed. Good guess!!

Fact: As Sheriff he refused to forclose on the homes of out of work steel workers and spent 3 days in jail because of it. He was hailed as a hero and champion of the working class man.

Fact: He is the only man in this nations history to ever beat a RICO case. And he did it by defending himself, this is what catapulted him into the house in 1984. Problem was he repeatedly flaunted this and shoved it into the face of the Justice Dept.

I see this is starting to get even longer than I anticipated so I will leave you with those simple facts. There are many others that are directly related to the case but I dont want to take up a whole page of my own here.

Here are a few of his one-minute speeches he was famous for giving on the House floor. His in-the-face directness and humor will be sadly missed.

On the Justice Dept.---

Lies, Cover-ups and Murder
May 16, 2000

Shame Congress. Lies, murder, Waco, Ruby Ridge, Boston. You name the cities. I yield back the crimes and cover-ups of the Gestapo state that has developed in America at the United States Justice Department.

Time For Oversight Of The Justice Department
May 15, 2000

Mr. Speaker, scientist Carl Ghigliotti, a contract expert for the FBI who was deemed extremely competent by the FBI said, 'The FBI lied under oath about Waco when the FBI testified that they did not fire automatic weapons into the burning building.' Unbelievable.

Check this out. Shortly after Gilliotti's statement, Gilliotti came up missing. Gilliotti's 42-year old body was found 2 weeks later in his own laboratory dead and badly decomposed. I say, Mr. Speaker, Gilliotti did not choke on a chicken bone.

A full investigation is warranted by Congress. Otherwise, the Justice Department will investigate the FBI, and the FBI will investigate the death of Carl Gilliotti. Beam me up. It is time for some oversight on the Justice Department by passing H.R. 4105.

The FBI In Youngstown, Ohio, Owned By The Mob
May 2, 2000

Mr. Speaker, I have evidence that certain FBI agents in Youngstown, Ohio, have violated the RICO statute, and I shall prove it. For years they were owned by the Mob; but now they have made a big mistake, Mr. Speaker. Youngstown FBI agents stole large sums of cash that were vouchered to be paid to their street informants. In addition, they failed to report that cash on their tax returns. Bingo. But what is even worse, they quote/unquote suggested to one of their field operative informants that he should commit murder. Mr. Speaker, murder. Not only in boston, now in Youngstown, Ohio.

It is out of control. The Congress of the United States should pass H.R. 4105. There are buddies investigating buddies in the Justice Department, and they are getting away with murder. Enough is enough.

I yield back the FBI fox in the hen house.

Corruption In The Justice Department
March 21, 2000

Mr. Speaker, 19 years ago, I defended myself and was found innocent of RICO violations. Forensic tests proved that the Justice Department used a fraudulent confession against me. What is even worse, at my trial the FBI admitted they had evidence that the agent-in-charge of the Youngstown FBI office, Mr. Stan Peterson, was on the payroll of the Mob, and when he retired, was appointed the chief of police of Youngstown at the direction of the Mob.

Now, if that is not enough to shred the Constitution. The FBI further testified they never investigated Stan Peterson. Enough is enough. I am announcing formally today that I am once again a target of the Justice Department.

Listen, I plan to fight like a junkyard dog, and if I die in that courtroom, bring it on; but I want to thank every Member for their encouragement that they have given me and for their good concerns.

In America, the person governs. We should not fear the IRS. We took care of that.

I will be submitting legislation this week that will provide for outside investigations into wrongdoing in the Justice Department. Right now, the Justice Department investigates the Justice Department.

Mr. Speaker, I yield back the corruption in the Justice Department.

On National Defense:----

Disaster Waiting To Happen On U.S. Borders
July 20, 2000

Mr. Speaker, a study finally admits, and I quote, 'America's borders are so wide open, terrorists could easily smuggle a nuclear bomb across both our borders.' Think about it, 3 million illegal immigrants, heroin and cocaine by the tons, and now a report that further says it is so bad in some areas orange cones are used like scarecrows with no border patrol presence at all.

Unbelievable. We have soldiers vaccinating dogs in Haiti, while terrorists can bring nukes across our border. Beam me up here. Who master-minded this policy? the Proctologist Association of North America?

Mr. Speaker, I yield back a disaster waiting to happen on the borders of the United States of America with a Congress sleeping at the switch.

American Borders Wide Open
May 18, 2000

Mr. Speaker, there is no war on drugs or terrorism in America. There is a war on kids. There are more prisons, more police, more Federal agents, more drugs than ever. It is unbelievable.

The reason is very simple. Our borders are wide open. Wide open, ladies and gentlemen. Heroin and cocaine coming in by the ton, and a nuclear warhead can literally be smuggled across the border.

Beam me up. A nation that does not secure their borders is a nation without secureity. Today we can pass the Traficant amendment that does not mandate but allows the use of troops on the border.

I yield back Osama bin Laden someday perhaps at our border, and that is no joke.

This is the kind of stuff he has been talking about for the past 18 years and as you can see he gave the Fed plenty of reason to want him. I wish I could list all his speeches because the ones here simply do not give you the full effect, I simply thought that these particular ones would give you some idea of what this man stands for. In the last two, written in 2000, he even tries to warn about a catastrophe on the horizon. Still think he's a nut case?

Some other ones include him telling the Pentagon that since they bought combat boots from China maybe we can buy some Generals and Admirals cheaper there too. And that China is sucking up our national secrets faster than the President (Clinton) can suck down a Big Mac and a box of fries. LOL Or the one where he calls the IRS the "Internal Rectal Service". The list just goes on and on.

I hope you all get the picture though, that is this man has been railroaded like no other in our history. His only crime is standing up for the American people when everyone else was afraid of the government. He is not afraid and should be admired for it. You know, he even went so far as to accuse Janet Reno of treason and called her a lesbian on national TV. Talk about balls!!

I for one will continue to write him in on the ballot in my newly drawn district that he's not even running in. And dont be surprised if he does get re-elected from his jail cell, he still has quite a following here. In fact I wouldnt be surprised if he got the majority of the votes in two different districts. Would'nt that be something. LOL

The article above was valid and timely when it was written. Apparenetly, the deal with Google and Senor fizzled out since he is no longer listed on the corporate web page. This is another hint that Google aims to control the information flow on the web, rather than keep it open and free.

Jim Traficant was my congressman too. Not actually because I live in western Pennsylvania 17 miles from the Ohio/Pennsylvania border. I have been a fan of and have been following Jim Traficant since he played football at the University of Pittsburgh. What a great and patriotic American.

In 1995 on a trip to Washington D.c. for a union convention, I visited with Jim Traficant in his office for over 45 minutes, not as an actual constituant, but as an admirer, a follower, and as someone who knew the real deal when he saw one.

My family watched all the youngstown television channels every since we moved in our new home back in 1971 and we still do to this day even though Erie has all the networks and is only 40 miles away. Talk about transparency, Jim Traficant was on the television every sunday to address his constituants. He explained every detail of what he was working on, every vote and why he voted that way, and even had time to congradulate those celebrating a birthday and or a wedding anniversary. How many of you have a crongress critter that bared his soul up front and personal every week? Not many if any. He even mediated labor management disputes in his district, many times forcing both sides into marathon negotiations until a settlement was reached.

The day I was visiting with Traficant in May of 1995 was the last time the minimun wage was raised until last year. As we were talking in his office, the lighted clock and bell rang signaling the minimum wage bill was up for vote. Rather than brush me aside and go vote as he had 10 minutes to get to the capitol, he said come on and follow me. He took me over to the capitol on the underground railway to the capitol and handed me all kinds of passes and coupons to use in Washington.

My most cherished possession was the flag he gave me that flew over the capitol and he even autographed the box. I will keep it forever. Here I was, not even a constituant of his and he treated like we were old friends or like I was part of his own family.

There was a book out in the late 80's/early 90's titled Who Robbed America. It clearly listed all the senators and congressmen who were bought and paid for by corporate America. Sad to say that Jim Traficant's name appeared in that book. Someone went out and bought donuts and coffee for a meeting that Traficant was leading. He was furious at that worker for taking the donut and coffee money from someone at the meeting and he immediately repaid the few dollars and cents back to the donor. Doesn't sound like someone on the take to me. On the other hand, Tommy Ridge a former congress critter of mine was listed in that book for accepting hundreds of dollars (bribes). My present congress critter, Fat Phil English has his hand out constantly groping for cash or some young males arse.

In case you haven't been told or don't realize it,. Jim Traficant was about to become chairman of several key congressional committees. He had the seniority. The establishment had to do something to destroy him and they did. Jim Traficant was the target of one of the biggest injustices I have ever witnessed. His trial was a complete sham. Even today as I write this they are trying to take his family farm. They'll dream up some off the wall senario to take that too. I really believe they want his farm so that he can't come back to the Youngstown area and run for office once he get out of prison.

Jim Traficant was elected over and over again by landslide margins. In one electin, maybe others he spent a whopping sum under $1,200 dollars to get re- elected. Jim Traficant was a hit with his constituates. If he were elected as president, he definitely would clean out the swill in Washington. That is why the establishment fears him and he had to go.

You haven't heard the last of Jim Traficant that' for sure. I can't wait to see how things unfold when the day comes.

One more thing that went against Jim Traficant and it might have been the straw that broke the camel's back. There was a retired immigrant autoworker by the name of John Demjanjuk who lived in Cleveland, Ohio. He fought extradition to Israel for war crimes. Israel claimed he was the notorious concentration guard called Ivan the terrible.

The neocons caved in to the jews and extradited Demjanjuk to Israel for trial. A trial that ran a course about like the one Jim Traficant got. If it hadn't been for Jim Traficant, John Demjanjuk would have been convicted and executed. They practicly had him convicted before trial- like in the media and with false evidence. Jim Traficant supported and defended Demjanjuk forcing Israel to look at all the evidence. Demjanjuk was found not to be Ivan the Terrible and came back home to Cleveland with Traficant. And John Demjanjuk wasn't a constituant of Jim Trafficant.

That should tell everyone who reads this thread more than they need to know. The jews are still trying to draw up some other charges on Demjanjuk. At least Jim Traficant was able to see true justice carried out in Israel, something that we don't see here in the U.S. very often.

They practicly had him convicted before trial- like in the media and with false evidence. Jim Traficant supported and defended Demjanjuk forcing Israel to look at all the evidence. Demjanjuk was found not to be Ivan the Terrible and came back home to Cleveland with Traficant.

very interesting. now we know exactly why Jim is where he is. frankly, i'm surprised he wasn't suicided. i just pray that they end his political prisonership in '09.

Lies, murder, Waco, Ruby Ridge, Boston.

I don't think that certain groups of people will stand for another Waco or Ruby Ridge. The feds have gone to that well one too many times. That well is dry.
