I am on the Colorado/Wyoming border at a little over 7000 feet. It has been snowing all day with a shreiking wind behind it. I wasn't worried as it didn't look too bad out the front window. Been working all day and haven't gone outside. Took the trash down to the bottom of the drive a minute ago and discovered that the wind has been keeping the pastures (which surround the house) clear. Down near the road where there are trees the snow is well over my knees. This is flat snow and not drifts. It still coming down so hard I can't see 100 yards across the pasture. The truck is buried and getting the car out is hopeless. Looks like I am going to be here for a few days.
Anybody else got this sort of thing going on?
