Do you remember when Cheney "moved out of Texas" when Dumbya said he was running for asshole of the US? Can't have two assholes from the same state as VP and POTUS.

Then Dumbya asked Cheney to come up with the "short list" for VP and guess what Chevney was the "shortest" on the "short list".
