What does this word Garbacho mean? and why do the mexican people use it to describe white people?
and how come I can't find any translations or definitions for it on-line?
The word is "gavacho" and it's slang for Anglo American, as is the term "huero" (male) and "huera" (female). It's the Spanish equivalent of "honky, cracker, peckerwood" etc, and has no direct translation any more than these terms favored by our noble African-American brothers and sisters.
It's just another term like the more popular (and therefore found in dictionaries) "gringo" which is "Used as a disparaging term for a foreigner in Latin America, especially an American or English person."
