I have no direct information. However I was a student at Fayetteville(U of Ark) when Clinton was Gov. All of a sudden coke was everywhere, esp through the law school students. Realy, suddenly coke was everywhere at the U of Arkansas. My conclusions is that the Tyson chicken jets and the Bush/Clinton CIA South America connections found Mena Arkansas a non discript, out of the way easily bot off airport to do major drug and $$$$$$$$ drop offs. If it all fits, it might be true.

1976? 1984? 1976 - 1980 or thereabouts. Remember seening him at a rock concert in a dorm when he was AG running for Gov. He must have been in his late twenties then, almost a kid. And I used to think he was the worst president ever. Boy did Bush ever teach me.
