This man's family called 911 because Deacon was having an epileptic seizure. The police arrived ahead of an ambulance and took him into custody.

A Grand Jury was convened to investigate. They voted to not indict. The District Attorney never allowed them to see this video.

Note the smirk on the woman cop as he is carried into the room.
