The video says it all...

Fireman: "Bomb in the building, start clearing out"

You'll notice the following;

• There is a report by a distant voice of "there's a bomb in the building"

• Another fireman walks by and mumbles, "bombs in the building, start clearing out".

• When asked to repeat himself, he states "bomb in the buildings, start clearing out".

• There is chatter concerning secondary devices in the building(s)
